गिरिडीह के पूर्व जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष की निर्मम हत्या, लोगों में रोष, जांच में जुटी पुलिस: मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने कहा-अपराधी जल्द पकड़े जायेंगे

गिरिडीह/डुमरी : जिला परिषद के पूर्व अध्यक्ष रहे झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के वरीय नेता राकेश महतो की अज्ञात अपराधियों ने शनिवार की सुबह हत्या कर दी। राकेश महतो का अधजला शव निमियाघाट थाना इलाके के खांखी जंगल में मिला है। माना जा रहा है कि हत्या से पहले उनके साथ मारपीट की गई है। हत्या के बाद शव को पेड़ के पत्तों से ढककर जलाने का प्रयास भी किया गया है। घटना की सूचना पर डुमरी एसडीपीओ सुमित कुमार के साथ निमियाघाट एवं डुमरी पुलिस सदल बल के मौके पर पहुंच कर जांच पड़ताल में जुटी है।

2016 में जिला परिषद के अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं महतो

गौरतलब है कि राकेश महतो डुमरी-33 क्षेत्र के बड़े राजनीतिक छवि के व्यक्ति थे. वर्ष 2016 में जिला परिषद के अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं. क्षेत्र में वे मिलनसार और लोकप्रिय थे। लगभग 52 वर्षीय राकेश महतो की हत्या की खबर से डुमरी इलाके में मातम के साथ लोगों में रोष का माहौल है।

पुलिस त्वरित कार्रवाई करे : संजय सिंह

झारखण्ड मुक्ति मोर्चा के जिलाध्यक्ष संजय सिंह ने प्रथम दृष्टया घटना दुखद बताते हुए नाराजगी जताई की है। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस इस मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई करे। इस बीच जानकारी के मुताबिक एसपी डॉ. बिमल कुमार ने एसडीपीओ डुमरी को मामले की जांच तुरंत करते हुए दोषियों को गिरफ्तार करने का निर्देश दिया है। इस बाबत एसडीपीओ सुमित कुमार ने कहा कि राकेश महतो की हत्या हुई है। लाश खांखी के जंगल में मिली है। सभी बिन्दुओं पर आगे की जांच चल रही है। घटना के बाद पूरे इलाके में सनसनी फ़ैल गयी है। उनकी हत्या की खबर से भारी संख्या में लोगों की भीड़ घटनास्थल पर उमड़ पड़ी है।

परिजनों के मुताबिक राकेश महतो 20 फ़रवरी को अपने घर से निकले थे लेकिन देर शाम तक घर नहीं लौटे थे। परिजनों ने उनकी काफी खोजबीन की लेकिन उनका कुछ पता नहीं चल पाया। आज अहले सुबह उनका शव मिला है। उनकी हत्या की खबर सुन पूरे जिले में आक्रोश व्याप्त है। लोगों ने पुलिस प्रशासन से अविलम्ब इस हत्याकांड की गुत्थी सुलझाने और हत्यारों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग किया है।

हत्याकांड के बाद विरोध में रोड जाम

इस बीच पूर्व जिप अध्यक्ष राकेश महतो की हत्या पर मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने दुरभाष पर दुःख व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इस घटना में शामिल अपराधी जल्द ही पकड़े जायेंगे। आक्रोशित लोगों ने इस जघन्य घटना के विरोध में शनिवार को डुमरी फुसरो रोड जाम कर दिया। करीब आधा घंटे रोड जाम रहा। घटना की खबर जैसे ही लोगों को लगी। लोगों का हुजूम घटनास्थल पर उमड़ पड़ा। सभी इस निर्मम हत्याकांड की निंदा की है।

राजनीतिक दलों ने हत्याकांंड पर रोष जताया

घटना की खबर सुन पूर्व मंत्री बेबी देवी झामुमो केन्द्रीय सदस्य अखिलेश महतो, प्रखंड अध्यक्ष राजकुमार महतो प्रखंड प्रमुख उषा देवी, आजसू विधानसभा प्रभारी यशोदा देवी, झाएकिमयू के केन्द्रीय अध्यक्ष गंगाधर महतो, भाकपा माले के प्रखंड सचिव नागेश्वर महतो, मुखिया संघ के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष सुबोध यादव, कुविमो केन्द्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष थानेश्वर महतो मुखिया नूरउद्दीन अंसारी, कांग्रेस प्रखंड अध्यक्ष नागेश्वर मंडल, युवा कांग्रेस के जिला उपाध्यक्ष गुड्डु मलिक आदि विभिन्न दलों के नेता व समर्थक तथा स्थानीय ग्रामीण घटना स्थल पर पहुंच घटना की तीव्र निंदा की और निर्मम हत्याकांड को अंजाम देनेवाले लोगों को जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तार करने की मांग पुलिस से की।
