लुगु बुरु में हाथियों की चहलकदमी से हड़कंप, तलहटी के गांवों में हाई अलर्ट गोमिया थाना प्रभारी रवि कुमार मेहता ने ग्रामीणों से सतर्कता और संयम बरतने की अपील

गोमिया (बोकारो):
लुगु बुरु क्षेत्र में हाथियों के एक झुंड की मौजूदगी से आसपास के ग्रामीण इलाकों में सतर्कता बढ़ा दी गई है। जानकारी के अनुसार हाथियों का झुंड पवित्र लुगु बुरु पहाड़ पर चढ़ गया है। हालांकि अभी तक किसी प्रकार की जनहानि की सूचना नहीं है, लेकिन संभावित खतरे को देखते हुए लुगु बुरु की तलहटी और आसपास के गांवों को हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है।
इस संबंध में रवि कुमार मेहता, थाना प्रभारी, गोमिया ने स्वयं मोर्चा संभालते हुए ग्रामीणों को सावधान किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हाथी शांत जानवर होते हैं, लेकिन छेड़छाड़ या अचानक सामने आने पर वे आक्रामक हो सकते हैं। इसलिए ग्रामीण पूरी तरह सतर्क रहें और प्रशासन के निर्देशों का पालन करें। इन गांवों में विशेष सतर्कता
तुलबुल, पिंदरा, तुतिझरना, ललपनिया, चोरगावा, मुरपा, डकासादम, खाखंडा, नारण एवं तिलैया गांवों के लोगों को खास तौर पर सावधानी बरतने को कहा गया है।
थाना प्रभारी द्वारा जारी अहम सुरक्षा निर्देश
शाम ढलते ही और रात्रि में अनावश्यक रूप से घर से बाहर न निकलें।
हाथी नजर आने या सूचना मिलने पर तुरंत पक्के मकान या उसकी छत पर सुरक्षित स्थान लें।
हाथियों के पास जाने, उन्हें डराने, भगाने या सेल्फी लेने की कोशिश बिल्कुल न करें।
किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि या आपात स्थिति में तुरंत पुलिस या वन विभाग को सूचना दें।
थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि वन विभाग की टीमें लगातार क्षेत्र में गश्त कर रही हैं और हाथियों की गतिविधियों पर नजर रखी जा रही है। स्थानीय प्रशासन पूरी तरह मुस्तैद है ताकि किसी भी अप्रिय घटना को रोका जा सके।
अंत में प्रशासन ने ग्रामीणों से अपील की है कि अफवाहों से बचें, धैर्य रखें और प्रशासन का सहयोग करें। सतर्कता और समझदारी ही इस समय सबसे बड़ा बचाव ।
