उपायुक्त के मार्गदर्शन में आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के औरापाठ में ‘PAHAL’ परियोजना से समग्र विकास की ओर कदम

गुमला: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन एवं सतत मॉनिटरिंग में आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के औरापाठ क्षेत्र में नीति आयोग द्वारा पोषित “पाथ टू एडवांसमेंट एंड होलिस्टिक एक्शन फॉर लाइवलीहुड इन औरापाठ (PAHAL)” परियोजना का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन किया जा रहा है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य विशेष रूप से PVTG समुदाय के परिवारों के समग्र एवं स्थायी विकास को सुनिश्चित करना है।
परियोजना के अंतर्गत सर्वप्रथम बुनियादी सिंचाई ढांचे को सुदृढ़ किया जा रहा है, ताकि आजीविका गतिविधियों की मजबूत आधारशिला तैयार हो सके। लघु सिंचाई विभाग (MI) के माध्यम से पाइपलाइन बिछाने, लिफ्ट इरिगेशन, तालाब निर्माण तथा पंपसेट उपलब्ध कराने का कार्य प्रगति पर है। पूरे गांव में जल पहुंच सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में कार्य किया जा रहा है, जिससे कृषि योग्य भूमि का समुचित उपयोग संभव हो सके।
सिंचाई सुविधा सुदृढ़ होने के उपरांत आजीविका संवर्धन के कार्यों को चरणबद्ध तरीके से आगे बढ़ाया जा रहा है। ISDG Research Foundation के तकनीकी सहयोग से बकरी पालन, मुर्गी पालन, एजोला घास की खेती, मचान विधि से सब्जी उत्पादन तथा सभी PVTG परिवारों को मोरिंगा पौधों का वितरण किया जा रहा है। साथ ही लाभुकों को शेड निर्माण, कृषि एवं गैर-कृषि आधारित टूल किट, बीज, उर्वरक सहयोग, नर्सरी/पॉली हाउस सुविधा एवं अन्य आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं।
परियोजना के अंतर्गत कुल 43 PVTG परिवारों को प्रत्यक्ष रूप से कवर करते हुए उन्हें एक वर्ष के भीतर स्थायी रोजगार से जोड़ने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त एक यूनिट कोल्ड चेन वैक्सीनेशन सेंटर की स्थापना की भी योजना है, जिससे पशुपालन गतिविधियों को तकनीकी मजबूती मिल सके।
इसी क्रम में PAHAL परियोजना अंतर्गत मुर्गी पालन (15 लाभुक) एवं बकरी पालन (30 लाभुक) गतिविधि हेतु नामित लाभुकों का सत्यापन कार्य किया गया। कुल 45 संभावित लाभुकों में से चयनित लाभुकों की प्रक्रिया को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है, ताकि शीघ्र ही उन्हें आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए जा सकें।
जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि “PAHAL परियोजना केवल आजीविका उपलब्ध कराने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि इसका उद्देश्य औरापाठ क्षेत्र का समग्र एवं दीर्घकालिक विकास सुनिश्चित करना है। पहले चरण में सिंचाई अवसंरचना विकसित कर कृषि की संभावनाओं को मजबूत किया जा रहा है। तत्पश्चात कृषि एवं पशुपालन आधारित गतिविधियों के माध्यम से PVTG परिवारों की आय में स्थायी वृद्धि सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। जिला योजना विभाग द्वारा इस परियोजना की नियमित समीक्षा कर इसे प्रभावी ढंग से क्रियान्वित किया जा रहा है।”
