गिरिडीह की तीनों नगर पयायतों की 59 सीटों पर हुआ शांतिपूर्ण मतदान: गिरिडीह नगर निगम में 60.93, बड़की सरैया नगर पंचायत में 70.91 प्रतिशत और धनवार में 65.22 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ

गिरिडीह : गिरिडीह नगर निगम सहित जिले की दो अन्य नगर/पंचायतों की कुल 59 सीटों के लिए सोमवार को कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बीच झड़प की छिटपुट घटनाओं को छोड़कर 166 बूथों पर शांतिपूर्ण माहौल में मतदान प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न हो गई। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव और पुलिस कप्तान डा. विमल कुमार ने मतदान सम्पन्न होने के बाद बताया कि गिरिडीह नगर निगम क्षेत्र में 60.93 प्रतिशत, बड़की सरिया पंचायत में बड़की सरैया नगर पंचायत 70.91 प्रतिशत और धनवार नगर पंचायत में 65. 22  प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ।

इससे पहले आज सुबह गिरिडीह नगर निगम के 36 वाडों के 137 बूथों पर बड़की सरैया नगर पंचायत के 12 वार्डों के 15 बूथों पर और धनवार नगर पंचायत के 11 वार्डों के I4 बूथों पर सुरक्षा के व्यापक प्रबंधों के बीच मतदान प्रारम्भ हुआ। सुबह 11 बजे तक मतदान की गति सामान्य रही लेकिन जैसे-जैसे दिन चढ़ता गया मतदान केन्दों पर मतदान का ग्राफ बढ़ता गया। सुबह से ही लोग लगभग मतदान केन्दों पर महिला-पुरुष वोटरों की लम्बी-लम्बी कतार देखने को मिली। मुस्लिम बहुल बूथों पर पवित्र रमजान माह के मद्देनजर लोग पूर्वाह्न में ही मतदान करने के वास्ते बूथों पर पहुंचे थे।

स्थानीय पंचायतों के चुनाव के कारण वोटरों का उत्साह चरम  रहा

मतदान में उत्साह का अनुमान सहज ही लगाया जा सकता है कि नये मतदाताओं के अलावा 80 -90 साल तक बुजुर्ग मतदाता-विकलांग मतदाता व्हील चेयर के जरिये लोकतंत्र की प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने के लिए बूथों पर जाकर मतदान किया। इस दौरान गिरिडीह नगर निगम क्षेत्र के वार्ड संख्या 18 वार्ड संख्या 27 में बोगस मतदान को लेकर दो प्रत्याशियों के समर्थकों के बीच झड़प-मारपीट, पत्थरबाजी की घटना हुई. मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने हल्का बल प्रयोग कर हंगामा करनेवाले तत्वों को खदेड़कर माहौल को सामान्य किया. स्थानीय पंचायतों के चुनाव होने के कारण वोटरों में उत्साह का माहौल रहा.

झारखंड सरकार के कैबिनेट मंत्री गिरिडीह नगर निगम क्षेत्र के मतदाता सुदिव्य कुमार ने पत्नी के संग मतदान किया. इसके अलावा सभी मेयर प्रत्याशी, अध्यक्ष प्रत्याशी एवं वार्ड सदस्य प्रत्याशी जो इस चुनाव में भाग्य आजमा रहे हैं, उन सभी उम्मीदवारों ने अपने परिजनों के संग जाकर मतदान किया.

मेयर प्रत्याशी एवं वार्ड सदस्य प्रत्याशी से सीघा संर्पक होने के वजह से कारपोरेट घरानों के मतदाताओं ने भी इस बार खुलकर मतदान कर लोकतंत्र की मजबूती में अपनी भागिदारी सुनिश्चत की. शिक्षा, चिकित्सा, तकनीकी क्षेत्र समेत सोशल मीडिया क्षेत्रों से जुड़े लोगों ने भी शहरी सरकार के लिए मतदान किया.

वार्ड 18 में चुनावी रंजिश को लेकर दो पक्षों में गोलीबारी की घटना हुई

इस बीच मतदान सम्पन्न होने के पश्चात वार्ड 18 में चुनावी रंजिश को लेकर दो पक्षों में गोलीबारी की घटना हुई है। जिसमे दो लोग घायल हुए हैं। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही डीसी रामनिवास यादव और एसपी डॉक्टर विमल कुमार वार्ड संख्या 18 के आजाद नगर पहुंचे. मौके पर पहुंचकर अधिकारियों ने मामले की जानकारी ली. घटनास्थल से खून के धब्बे भी मिले हैं. लिहाजा, डीसी और एसपी के निर्देश पर पूरे मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है. घटनास्थल में कई स्थानों पर बड़ी संख्या में ईंट के टुकड़े भी पड़े मिले. इधर डीसी रामनिवास यादव ने घटना की पुष्टि करते हुए कहा कि दो लोगों को गोली लगी है। दोनों को प्राथमिक उपचार के लिए सदर अस्पताल ले जाया गया है।
