राजकीयकृत प्राथमिक विद्यालय कोटामाटी, घाघरा के सहायक शिक्षक निलंबित

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा प्रखंड के राजकीयकृत प्राथमिक विद्यालय, कोटामाटी में कार्यरत सहायक शिक्षक महेन्द्र कुमार महापात्र को कर्तव्य के प्रति लापरवाही एवं अनुशासनहीनता के आरोप में निलंबित कर दिया गया है। यह कार्रवाई जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक द्वारा उपायुक्त गुमला की अनुशंसा के आलोक में की गई है।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने बताया कि संबंधित शिक्षक के विरुद्ध विद्यालय की निर्धारित समयावधि प्रातः 9:00 बजे से अपराह्न 3:00 बजे तक नियमित रूप से उपस्थित नहीं रहने तथा विद्यालयीन कार्यों के प्रति उदासीनता बरतने की शिकायत प्राप्त हुई थी। प्रभारी प्रधानाध्यापिका द्वारा प्रस्तुत अभ्यावेदन में उल्लेख किया गया कि उनकी लापरवाही के कारण विद्यार्थियों का पठन-पाठन एवं अन्य शैक्षणिक गतिविधियां प्रभावित हो रही थीं।

शिकायत के आलोक में संबंधित शिक्षक से स्पष्टीकरण प्राप्त किया गया तथा पूर्व में चेतावनी भी दी गई थी। तथापि, उनके व्यवहार एवं कार्यशैली में अपेक्षित सुधार नहीं पाया गया। उनके मनमाने रवैये, स्वैच्छाचारिता एवं कर्तव्यों के प्रति निरंतर उदासीनता को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संचिका उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत की गई।

उपायुक्त गुमला से प्राप्त अनुशंसा के पश्चात संबंधित शिक्षक को कर्तव्य के प्रति लापरवाही, अनुशासनहीनता एवं विद्यार्थियों के हितों की उपेक्षा के आधार पर तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित करते हुए विभागीय कार्रवाई के अधीन किया गया है।
