जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष की अध्यक्षता में जिला परिषद की सामान्य बैठक संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण माला बाड़ा की अध्यक्षता में विकास भवन सभागार में जिला परिषद की सामान्य बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला दिलेश्वर महतो, जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष संयुक्ता देवी, सिविल सर्जन गुमला शंभू नाथ चौधरी, जिला परिषद पदाधिकारी सह जिला सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक निदेशक ललन कुमार रजक, जिला अभियंता सह कार्यपालक अभियंता बलि उरांव सहित विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी, तथा जन प्रतिनिधिगण उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक की शुरुआत दिनांक 21.01.2026 को आयोजित जिला परिषद की सामान्य बैठक की कार्यवाही की सम्पुष्टि के साथ की गई। साथ ही पूर्व बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों को दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुपालन की समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में राजस्व मद से जनवरी 2026 से फरवरी 2026 तक हुए व्यय का अनुमोदन भी किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त जिला परिषद, गुमला के स्टाफ क्वार्टर के समीप स्थित भूमि पर आय सृजन के उद्देश्य से नए गेस्ट हाउस के निर्माण तथा उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला के आवासीय कार्यालय के समीप स्थित डाकबंगला की जर्जर स्थिति को देखते हुए नए रेस्ट हाउस निर्माण से संबंधित प्रस्तावों पर भी चर्चा की गई।

बैठक में जिले में संचालित विभिन्न विभागीय योजनाओं की समीक्षा की गई। पशुपालन विभाग अंतर्गत पशुधन बीमा लाभ, कृषि विभाग द्वारा केसीसी, बीज वितरण, धान अधिप्राप्ति एवं फसल बीमा योजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। साथ ही किसानों को धान अधिप्राप्ति से संबंधित प्रक्रिया में आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

जिला उद्योग केंद्र द्वारा संचालित PMEGP एवं PMFME योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने हेतु अधिक से अधिक लाभुकों को योजनाओं से जोड़ने का निर्देश दिया गया।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग अंतर्गत विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य उपकेन्द्रों के निर्माण, डॉक्टरों की उपलब्धता, आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण की स्थिति एवं स्वास्थ्य अधोसंरचना से जुड़े विषयों पर चर्चा की गई तथा लंबित विवादों के त्वरित निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए गए।

इसके अतिरिक्त जिला कल्याण विभाग द्वारा छात्रवृत्ति वितरण, उद्यान विभाग द्वारा प्राकृतिक खेती, मधुमक्खी पालन एवं बागवानी योजनाओं, मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा डैम स्टॉकिंग, राशन कार्ड सत्यापन, हर घर नल जल योजना, लघु सिंचाई योजनाएं, शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा पीटीएम आयोजन, आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों की स्थिति, श्रमिक निबंधन तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई।

जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष द्वारा सभी विभागों को सरकारी योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन, समयबद्ध कार्य निष्पादन तथा जनहित से जुड़े कार्यों को प्राथमिकता देने का निर्देश दिया गया।
