क्या असम में झामुमो का खाता खुलेगा…? आदिवासी वोटों पर है हेमंत सोरेन की नजर

आखिरकार अंतिम समय में झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा ने असम में 21 सीटों पर विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला लिया है। पार्टी ने कांग्रेस से गठबंधन की कोशिश की, लेकिन सफलता नहीं मिली। कांग्रेस-झामुमो को 5 से 7 सीट से अधिक देने को तैयार नहीं हुई। कांग्रेस को पता है कि असम में झामुमो की कोई खास पकड़ नहीं है। इसलिए उसने 5-7 सीटों से अधिक देना उचित नहीं समझा। दोनों तरफ से बारगेनिंग हुई। लेकिन बात नहीं बनी। यह स्वाभाविक राजनीतिक स्थिति है कि जिस राज्य में जिस पार्टी का दबदबा रहता है, वह अपने हिसाब से गठबंधन करती है और सहयोगी दलों को सीट देती है।

अब सवाल उठता है कि असम में झामुमो के चुनाव लड़ने से कांग्रेस के साथ उसके रिश्ते पर क्या असर पड़ेगा? असम में चुनाव लड़ने से किसको फायदा होने वाला है? वोटों के बिखराव का लाभ किसको मिलेगा ? भाजपा, कांग्रेस या खुद झामुमो कोई असर डाल पाएगा। आखिर झामुमो की रणनीति क्या है। किस भूमिका में वहां नजर आएगी। सिर्फ चाय बागान में काम करने वाले झारखंड के आदिवासियों के भरोसे झामुमो को कितना वोट मिलने वाला है। आदिवासी वोटों पर झामुमो की नजर है। चाय बागान में काम करने वाले आदिवासियों को अपनी ओर करने के लिए भाजपा ने कई घोषणाएं की हैं।

आदिवासियों का समर्थन इसके पहले के चुनाव में भाजपा और कांग्रेस को मिलता रहा है। अब झामुमो ने वहां एंट्री की है। मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन आदिवासियों के नेता के रूप में दूसरे प्रदेशों में भी स्थापित होना चाहते हैं। जहां-जहां आदिवासी हैं वहां उनकी नजर है। इसी उद्देश्य से उन्होंने असम में चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला लिया है। हालांकि झामुमो ने फैसले में बहुत देर कर दी है। गठबंधन की आस में नामांकन के अंतिम दिन चुनाव मैदान में जाने का फैसला लिया है।

इधर, एक सवाल यह भी उठ रहा है कि झामुमो के चुनाव लड़ने से भाजपा को फायदा हो सकता है। वोटों का बिखराव होगा और इसका सीधा लाभ बीजेपी को मिलेगा। यदि इसका लाभ भाजपा को मिला तो कांग्रेस के साथ झामुमो के रिश्ते में दरार पड़ सकती है।

कांग्रेस का एक खेमा यह मान रहा है कि हेमंत सोरेन अंदर से भाजपा को लाभ पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से ही असम में चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं, क्योंकि वहां उनका कोई आधार नहीं है। सिर्फ चाय बागान में काम करनेवाले आदिवासियों के नाम पर चुनाव लड़ने से कोई लाभ होनेवाला नहीं है। झामुमो को कोई सीट मिलने वाली नहीं है।

हेमंत सोरेन असम तो चले गए लेकिन पड़ोसी प्रदेश प. बंगाल जहां आदिवासियों की अच्छी-खासी संख्या है। झारखंड से सटे कई इलाकों में झामुमो का प्रभाव भी है. फिर भी वहां चुनाव लड़ने पर चुप क्यों है। इसके पीछे का रहस्य क्या है? असम में ओवैसी की भूमिका क्यों निभाना चाहते हैं।

मई में होनेवाला राज्यसभा का चुनाव झामुुुुुुुुुुुमो-कांग्रेस-कांग्रेस के लिए अहम 

झारखंड की राजनीति में मई में होने वाला राज्यसभा का चुनाव अहम है। दो सीटों पर चुनाव होना है। फिलहाल दोनों सीटों पर झामुमो-कांग्रेस गठबंधन की स्थिति मजबूत है। एक सीट पर कांग्रेस का दावा है। यह स्वाभाविक भी है। लेकिन अंतिम दोनों में भाजपा क्या खेल करती है और झामुमो क्या रुख रहता है इस पर बहुत कुछ निर्भर करेगा। इसलिए राज्यसभा का चुनाव झारखंड की राजनीति में टर्निंग पॉइंट हो सकता है।
