नाबालिग 6 वर्षीय बच्ची सन् 2018 से लापता मामले पर हाईकोर्ट की नाराजगी के बाद डीजीपी तदाशा मिश्रा गुमला पहुंची, जहां उन्हें गार्ड ऑफ़ ऑनर दिया गया

हाई कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट संकेत दिया है कि यदि अगले दो सप्ताह में जांच में ठोस प्रगति नहीं देखी तो, उक्त मामले को सीबीआई को सौपा जा सकता है, जिससे जांच को नई दिशा मिल सके

गुमला : – गुमला जिला के खोरा गांव की एक नाबालिक 6 वर्षीय बच्ची सन् 2018 से लापता मामले पर हाईकोर्ट के द्वारा डीजीपी तदाशा मिश्रा एंव गुमला एसपी हरिश बिन जामां से जांच रिपोर्ट की मांग की, वही पुलिस अनुसंधान में अभी तक बच्ची का पता नही चलने पर कोर्ट ने जांच की वर्तमान स्थिति पर सवाल उठाते हुए,तेजी से परिणाम लाने का निर्देश दिया , और दो सप्ताह के भीतर जांच में कोई ठोस प्रगति नही होने पर उक्त केस की जांच सीबीआई को सौंपने की बात कही और हाईकोर्ट के द्वारा नाराजगी व्यक्त करने के बाद झारखंड राज्य की डीजीपी तदाश मिश्रा गुमला पहुची, जहा प्रोटोकॉल के तहत सर्किट हाउस गुमला में उन्हें गार्ड ऑफ़ ऑनर दिया गया, डीजीपी ने गुमला पहुंच कर संबंधित पुलिस अधिकारियों के साथ विशेष बैठक कर अभी तक किये गये अनुसंधानों की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने उक्त 6 वर्षीय नाबालिक लापता बच्ची के परिजनों को भी बुलाकर लगभग 2 घंटे तक उनसे बंद कमरे में पूरी जानकारी ली, और इसके अलावा डीजीपी ने कहा कि पुलिस के द्वारा लापता बच्ची के उक्त केस में काफी मेहनत की गई है और लंबे समय से अनुसंधान कर्ताओं द्वारा उक्त अनुसंधान के क्रम में अब तक कोई खास सफलता प्राप्त नही होने पर, गुमला पुलिस के द्वारा किए गए उक्त पूरे केस के अनुसंधान की स्थिति की भी विस्तार पूर्वक समीक्षा की गई, और उक्त केस से संबंधित गोपनीय सूचनाओं के संकलन पर भी जोर दिया गया, डीजीपी ने पुलिस खुफिया तंत्र को और मजबूत किये जाने पर विशेष बल दिया, ताकि हाई कोर्ट के द्वारा दिए गए समय सीमा के अंदर रहते हुए,सटीक करवाई संभव हो सके, उन्होंने गुमला एसपी हरिश बिन जामां सहित उक्त अभियान से संबंधित अनुसंधानकर्ताओं को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए ताकि उक्त 6 वर्षीय नाबालिक लापता बच्ची के उक्त केस से रहस्यों का पर्दा उठ सके, और सच्चाई सामने आ सके, और सफलता प्राप्त की जा सके , डीजीपी ने उक्त बैठक के दौरान उपस्थित एसपी सहित सभी संबंधित पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को जिम्मेदारी पूर्वक कार्य करते हुए, उक्त लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करना ही हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य होगा,,,,,

गुमला की लापता उक्त बच्ची के मामले में हाईकोर्ट सख्त दो हफ्ते में प्रगति नहीं हुई तो सीबीआई जांच संभव

गुमला जिले से वर्ष 2018 में लापता हुई, नाबालिक छह वर्षीय बच्ची के मामले में सोमवार को झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाया। अदालत ने राज्य सरकार को दो सप्ताह का अंतिम अवसर देते हुए स्पष्ट कहा कि यदि इस दौरान अनुसंधान में कोई ठोस और संतोषजनक प्रगति नहीं हुई, तो मामला केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) को सौंपने पर विचार किया जाएगा।

सुनवाई के दौरान झारखंड की पुलिस महानिदेशक (डीजीपी) तदाशा मिश्रा वर्चुअल माध्यम से अदालत में उपस्थित हुईं और मामले की वर्तमान जांच स्थिति की जानकारी दीं। अदालत ने उनसे पूछा कि सात वर्षों से अधिक समय बीत जाने के बावजूद पुलिस बच्ची का पता क्यों नहीं लगा सकी, कोर्ट ने यह भी जानना चाहा कि जांच किस दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही है l वही गुमला के एसपी से भी अदालत ने जांच की प्रगति पर सवाल किए, प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट से असंतुष्ट होकर कोर्ट ने टिप्पणी की कि मामले में अब तक कोई उल्लेखनीय प्रगति नहीं हुई है, इस पर अदालत ने राज्य सरकार को निर्देश दिया कि वह दो सप्ताह के भीतर विस्तृत और संतोष जनक जवाब दाखिल करें, यह मामला गुमला की रहने वाली चंद्र मुनि उराइन द्वारा अपनी बेटी की बरामदगी के लिए दायर हेबियस कॉर्पस याचिका से जुड़ा है। इसकी सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति सुजीत नारायण प्रसाद की अध्यक्षता वाली खंडपीठ कर रही है। पूर्व में अदालत को बताया गया था कि मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए एक विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) का गठन किया गया है। एसआईटी ने दिल्ली समेत कई स्थानों पर जाकर बच्ची की तलाश की, साथ ही उसकी तस्वीरें भी विभिन्न प्लेटफॉर्म पर साझा करवाई। इसके बावजूद बच्ची का अब तक कोई सुराग नहीं मिल सका है। वर्ष 2023 में गठित एसआईटी की कार्रवाई के दौरान छापेमारी में नौ लापता बच्चों को बरामद किया गया था, जो इस जांच की एक सकारात्मक उपलब्धि मानी गई। फिर भी, संबंधित बच्ची की तलाश अब तक जारी है। कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट संकेत दिया है कि यदि अगले दो सप्ताह में जांच में ठोस प्रगति नहीं दिखी, तो मामले को सीबीआई को सौंपा जा सकता है, जिससे जांच को नई दिशा मिल सके।
