वाहन पार्किंग विवाद बना हत्या की वजह

तेनुघाट स्थित अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी कार्यालय में आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता में एसडीपीओ वशिष्ठ नारायण सिंह ने बहुचर्चित मोहिद्दीन अंसारी हत्याकांड का खुलासा करते हुए दो आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की जानकारी दी। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में अर्जुन कुमार तिवारी उर्फ बाबा और धनराज श्रीवास्तव शामिल हैं।

एसडीपीओ ने बताया कि 16 अप्रैल 2026 को हजारीबाग जिला के दारू थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत पिपची निवासी त्बारक अंसारी ने अपने चाचा मोहिद्दीन अंसारी की हत्या को लेकर गोमिया थाना में अज्ञात अपराधियों के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। इस संबंध में गोमिया थाना कांड संख्या 66/2026, धारा 103(1) बीएनएस के तहत मामला दर्ज कर अनुसंधान प्रारंभ किया गया।

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस अधीक्षक बोकारो के निर्देश पर एसडीपीओ के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) का गठन किया गया। टीम ने गुप्त सूचना, तकनीकी साक्ष्य एवं अनुसंधान के आधार पर दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने बताया कि मृतक की दुकान के सामने पेंटिंग कार्य हेतु वाहन खड़ा किए जाने से बगल की मछली दुकान प्रभावित होती थी। इसी बात को लेकर पूर्व से विवाद चल रहा था। इसी विवाद के चलते धनराज श्रीवास्तव ने 25 हजार रुपये का लालच देकर अर्जुन कुमार तिवारी उर्फ बाबा से लकड़ी के फर्राटा से हमला कर मोहिद्दीन अंसारी की हत्या करवाई।

पुलिस के अनुसार गिरफ्तार धनराज श्रीवास्तव का पूर्व से चोरी, लूट एवं आर्म्स एक्ट से जुड़े कई मामलों में आपराधिक इतिहास रहा है।

गिरफ्तार अर्जुन कुमार तिवारी उर्फ बाबा गोमिया थाना क्षेत्र के देवीपुर मेला टांड़ का निवासी है, जबकि धनराज श्रीवास्तव आईएल थाना क्षेत्र के गवर्नमेंट कॉलोनी का रहने वाला है।

छापेमारी के दौरान पुलिस ने अर्जुन तिवारी के पास से एक रेडमी कंपनी का हरा मोबाइल फोन बरामद किया, जबकि धनराज श्रीवास्तव के पास से स्विफ्ट कार (संख्या JH09 AE 7448) जब्त की गई। इसके अलावा घटनास्थल से खून लगा लकड़ी का पट्टा भी बरामद किया गया है।

इस कार्रवाई में गोमिया थाना प्रभारी प्रफुल्ल कुमार महतो, आईएल थाना प्रभारी श्यामल मंडल, तेनुघाट ओपी प्रभारी भजन लाल महतो, पेटरवार थाना प्रभारी राजू मुंडा, अनुसंधानकर्ता मनोज कुमार सहित अन्य पुलिस पदाधिकारी एवं सशस्त्र बल के जवान शामिल रहे।
