जिले के समग्र शिक्षा अंतर्गत सभी बालिका एवं बालक आवासीय विद्यालयों ने रचा इतिहास

बोर्ड परीक्षा विजय अभियान अंतर्गत “प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर” मोटो के साथ गुमला जिले के सभी कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय एवं नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस बालक आवासीय विद्यालय ने एक ऐसी शैक्षणिक यात्रा तय की है, जो सामाजिक बदलाव की सशक्त मिसाल बन चुकी है। जनजातीय बहुल क्षेत्र में ड्रॉपआउट, आर्थिक अभाव, एकल अभिभावक, अनाथ एवं ट्रैफिकिंग से रेस्क्यू बालक – बालिकाओं जैसी कठिन परिस्थितियों के बीच इन आवासीय विद्यालयों ने उन्हें सुरक्षित वातावरण, गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा और आत्मविश्वास प्रदान किया।

इस परिवर्तन के केंद्र में जिला प्रशासन एवं झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला के साथ जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो का प्रयास और बोर्ड परीक्षा विजय अभियान के अंतर्गत किए गए रणनीतिक प्रयास रहे, जिसने पूरी व्यवस्था को लक्ष्य-उन्मुख बनाया। यही प्रेरणा आज छात्राओं के भीतर नई पहचान और उत्कृष्टता की मजबूत नींव बन गई है।

100% सफलता: 6,67 बेटियों का ऐतिहासिक प्रदर्शन

गुमला जिले के 9 कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय (के. जी. बी. वी.) एवं 2 झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों की कुल 6,67 छात्राओं ने 10 वीं जैक बोर्ड परीक्षा में भाग लिया और सभी 11 विद्यालयों में 100% परिणाम हासिल कर इतिहास रच दिया।

कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, डुमरी की सभी 60 छात्राएँ प्रथम श्रेणी से उत्तीर्ण हुई जो उत्कृष्टता का अद्वितीय उदाहरण है ।

प्रथम- मानसी कुमारी, कस्तूरबा विद्यालय भरनो – 94.8%

जहाँ बालिकाओं ने ऐतिहासिक सफलता हासिल की, वहीं नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय के बालकों ने भी शानदार प्रदर्शन कर उत्कृष्टता की नई मिसाल पेश की । इस विशेष विद्यालय में मैट्रिक की परीक्षा देने वाले कुल 15 छात्र थे और सभी प्रथम श्रेणी से उत्तीर्ण हुए।

पूर्व उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं तत्कालीन डीडीसी एवं वर्तमान उपायुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महतो के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में शिक्षकों की समर्पित मेहनत, जिला प्रशासन की कार्ययोजना के जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी एवं जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक के कुशल मॉनिटरिंग में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा संचालित “बोर्ड परीक्षा विजय अभियान” के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन ने गुमला को झारखंड में टॉपर जिला बना दिया। जिला से कंट्रोल यूनिट के अनुश्रवण, कमजोर बच्चों को रेमेडियल कक्षा, मॉडल प्रश्नों के अभ्यास एवं फाइनल परीक्षा से पूर्व दो बार मॉक टेस्ट की रणनीति कारगर सिद्ध हुई ।
