ओडिशा के क्योंझर जिला से एक बेहद मार्मिक और चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जिसने प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं और जागरूकता की कमी पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। 50 वर्षीय आदिवासी दिहाड़ी मजदूर जीतू मुंडा ने अपनी बहन कलरा की मौत के तीन महीने बाद उसकी कब्र खोदकर उसका कंकाल बाहर निकाला। उनकी बहन का निधन 26 जनवरी 2026 को हुआ था।
जानकारी के अनुसार, जीतू मुंडा अपनी बहन के कंकाल को करीब 3 किलोमीटर तक कंधे पर उठाकर Odisha Grameen Bank की मालिपोसी शाखा तक ले गए। उनका उद्देश्य था अपनी बहन के खाते से ₹20,000 की राशि निकालना। बताया जा रहा है कि बैंक कर्मचारियों ने उन्हें कई बार यह कहकर लौटा दिया था कि खाताधारक को स्वयं उपस्थित होना होगा।
मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र और संबंधित बैंकिंग प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी न होने के कारण जीतू ने यह बेहद दर्दनाक और असामान्य कदम उठाया। यह घटना न केवल उनकी मजबूरी को दर्शाती है, बल्कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जागरूकता की कमी और प्रक्रियाओं की जटिलता को भी उजागर करती है।
घटना के बाद बैंक प्रशासन ने स्थिति को समझते हुए जीतू मुंडा को एकमात्र वैध दावेदार मान लिया है और राशि जारी करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।
