गोमिया_बेरमो अनुमंडल में कानून-व्यवस्था को और अधिक मजबूत बनाने तथा आपराधिक गतिविधियों पर अंकुश लगाने के उद्देश्य से अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी बशिष्ट नारायण सिंह ने अपने कार्यालय में सभी थाना प्रभारियों एवं इंस्पेक्टरों के साथ क्राइम मीटिंग की। बैठक में पिछले माह में हुई आपराधिक घटनाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई तथा आगामी रणनीति पर चर्चा की गई।
एसडीपीओ बशिष्ट नारायण सिंह ने कहा कि पुलिस अधीक्षक एवं वरीय अधिकारियों के निर्देश के आलोक में सभी थाना प्रभारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस की प्राथमिकता महिला सुरक्षा, लापता व्यक्तियों की खोज तथा आम जनता के साथ बेहतर व्यवहार सुनिश्चित करना है। थाना प्रभारियों को गांवों में जाकर लोगों से सीधा संवाद स्थापित करने और उनकी समस्याओं को संवेदनशीलता के साथ सुनने का निर्देश दिया गया।
क्षेत्र में बढ़ रही चैन छिनैती की घटनाओं पर एसडीपीओ ने कहा कि पुलिस अपराधियों के काफी करीब पहुंच चुकी है। गोमिया एवं आईईएल क्षेत्र में हाल के दिनों में हुई छिनैती की घटनाओं को लेकर प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर जांच तेज कर दी गई है। पुलिस टीम संदिग्धों की गतिविधियों पर नजर रख रही है।
बंद घरों में चोरी की घटनाओं को लेकर उन्होंने बताया कि तेनुघाट एवं बीटीपीएस क्षेत्र में कुछ मामले लंबित हैं, जिनका जल्द खुलासा किया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी जानकारी दी कि हाल के दिनों में चोरी की घटनाओं में शामिल कुछ गिरोहों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा जा चुका है। बैठक में लंबित कांडों के निष्पादन और अपराध नियंत्रण को लेकर भी विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।
बैठक में गोमिया पुलिस निरीक्षक जितेंद्र कुमारा,,आईएल श्यामल मंडल, बेरमो सर्किल इंस्पेक्टर नवल किशोर सिंह, बीटीपीएस थाना प्रभारी सह पुलिस निरीक्षक पिंकू कुमार यादव, जरीडीह इंस्पेक्टर शैलेन्द्र सिंह, बेरमो थाना प्रभारी रोहित कुमार सिंह, चंद्रपुरा थाना प्रभारी विक्रम कुमार समेत अनुमंडल क्षेत्र के विभिन्न थाना एवं ओपी प्रभारी उपस्थित थे।
