वर्तमान राजनीति इतनी दूषित हो गई है की सिर्फ़ एक अदद कुर्सी को हारने-जीतने के डर से, समूचे विचारधारा की ही तिलांजलि दे दी जाती है. एक कुर्सी जीतने की  ललक में अपना सर्वस्व यथा-तन-मन धन, मान-सम्मान, आत्मसम्मान औऱ विचारधारा तक को नेताओं के आगे समर्पण कर देना मामूली बात है.

अपने जमाने के लोकप्रिय सुनहरे पर्दे के नायक अभी तक किसी संवैधानिक पद पर सुशोभित नहीं हुए हैं. मिथुन दा के नाम से प्रसिद्ध वे बचपन में नक्सली विचारधारा के हुआ करते थे. कुछ वर्षों में वह पुलिस की लिस्ट में इनामी बदमाश हो गए थे, लेकिन इसी बीच इनके भाई की करंट लगने के कारण मौत हो गई जिससे उन्हें नक्सली मार्ग छोड़कर वापस घर लौटना पड़ा.

इसके बाद इन्होंने मार्शल आर्ट सीखी और फिर फिल्मी दुनिया में चले गए. अपने पूरे फिल्मी कैरियर के दरमियान वह वामपंथी विचारधारा के ही रहे. भले ही वह फिल्मों में थे, लेकिन ज्योति बसु, बुद्धदेव भट्टाचार्य जैसे वाम मुख्यमंत्रियों से उनका सीधा औऱ बड़ा ही आत्मीय संबंध रहा.

राजनीतिक महत्वाकांक्षा के चलते वामपंथी नेताओं से मनमुटाव बढ़ने की खबरें चली और वामपंथ के ढलते साम्राज्य की भनक को भांपते हुए इन्होंने ममता बनर्जी  की पार्टी तृणमूल कांग्रेस का दामन थामा और वहां से सीधे राज्यसभा सांसद बन गए.

इसी बीच इनका नाम प्रसिद्ध शारदा चिट फंड घोटाले में आ गया. फिर बचने के लिए उन्हें भाजपा का दामन थामना पड़ा. जैसे नये मुख्यमंत्री शुवेंदु अधिकारी को करना पड़ा था. यह जांच एजेंसियों से मुक्ति पाने का शार्टकट रास्ता है. इसके बाद इन्हें टास्क दिया जाता है कि जितना हिंदू-मुस्लिम करोगे. भाजपा में कद-काठी बढ़ती जाएगी. और फिर ये मंत्री-मुख्यमंत्री बना दिये जाते हैं. इससे पहले जांच कार्य पूरी तरह से रूक जाता है. ऐसे बीसियों उदाहरण हैं.

आज भले-ही मिथुन दा भाजपा में है, लेकिन सिर पर पहनी चेग्वरा स्टाइल की मार्का टोपी बताती है कि विचारधारा कभी नहीं मरती फिर चाहे वह कोई दक्षिणपंथी हो या वामपंथी असल अक्स किसी ना किसी रूप में जाने-अनजाने झलक ही जाती है.

बात सिर्फ़ एक मिथुन चक्रवर्ती तक ही सिमटी हुई नहीं है बल्कि शारदा-नारदा समेत सैंकड़ों ऐसे उदाहरण हैं, जहां स्कैम करनेवाले अन्य दलों के भ्रष्टाचारी आरोपी आज सीधे तौर पर भाजपा के दुलरुआ बनकर बनकर राज भोग रहे हैं. कल तक ये कहीं औऱ थे, आज कहीं औऱ हैं औऱ आनेवाले समय में कहां होंगे, इसकी कोई गारंटी नहीं है.

वर्तमान राजनीति में अगर विचारधारा की बात करें, तो दक्षिणपंथी विचारधारा की जननी कही जानेवाली भाजपा की कोई विचारधारा नहीं रही. भाजपा का चाल-चरित्र और चेहरा पर अब कोई भाजपाई बात करते हुए नहीं दिखेगा.

दरअसल, भाजपा में दरी बिछानेवाले हजारों कार्यकर्ता अब इन्हीं के सहारे अपनी रोजी-रोटी चलाते हैं. क्योंकि इनके पास कोई चारा नहीं है. ये बिना किसी सवाल-जवाब औऱ तर्क-वितर्क के पार्टी का झंडा ढोए जा रहे हैं. ये अपनी नियति मान चुके हैं. कार्यकर्ताओं को कुछ पैसे देकर मारपीट करवाना, अगलगी की घटना को अंजाम देना और अराजकता फैलाने के टास्क को पूरा करना इनकी ड्यूटी है.  

चुनाव के दौरान दूसरी पार्टियों के भ्रष्ट या दागदार चेहरों पर भाजपा डर दिखाकर ब्लेकमेल करना इनका चरित्र बन चुका है. यही इनकी चाल-ढाल है. दिलचस्प बात ये है कि पिछले 12 साल में जितने भी ईडी-सीबीआई के छापे से परेशान रहे भ्रष्ट नेताओं ने भाजपा की शरण ली. उनके सभी दाग धुल गए. केस की फाइल बंद. कभी आपने सुना की जितने भी दूसरी पार्टी छोड़ा भाजपा में समा गए, उनके खिलाफ कभी जांच एजेंसियों ने समन भेजा? या कभी कानूनी कार्रवाई की? न्यायपालिका भी चुप्पी साध लेती है. आज के दौर में सबकुछ मैनेजेबुल है.
