केंद्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार, स्थानीय जिला प्रशासन, स्थानीय पुलिस प्रशासन, स्थानीय परिवहन ( आरटीओ ) विभाग द्वारा समस्त वाहनों के- रफ्तार – पर अंकुश लगाने का अब समय ( वक्त ) आ गया है,,,,, नहीं तो होते रहेंगे,,,,, सड़क दुर्घटनाएं और मौत,,,,, दोषी कौन?????

उक्त रफ्तार के चक्कर में – जो – जाता है वह वापस नहीं आता – हैं – से – थे – तक का सफर करने वाले के उजड़ जाते हैं परिवार – दोषी कौन,,,,?????

गुमला : – सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में एक ही परिवार की आधा – आधा दर्जन दर्दनाक हृदय विदारक मोतों को देखते हुए, केंद्र सरकार,राज्य सरकार, स्थानीय जिलाप्रशासन पुलिस प्रशासन, संबंधित जिला परिवहन (आरटीओ ) विभाग को देश में लगातार बढ़ रही सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के उद्देश्य से जुर्माना वसूलना, हेलमेट पहनना, ट्रिपल रीडिंग( एक बाइक पर तीन सवारी बैठना ) ओवरलोडिंग, प्रेशर होरन और मल्टी टोन हॉर्न,और वाहन चलाते वक्त सीट बेल्ट बांधना आदि लाख उपाय करने के बावजूद भी दुर्घटनाओं का सिलसिला जारी है, इस पर केंद्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार, स्थानीय जिला प्रशासन, स्थानीय पुलिस प्रशासन, जिला परिवहन (आरटीओ) विभाग को – ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था में भ्रष्टाचार, अंतर राज्य अवैध नशीले पदार्थ के सौदागरों माफिया तस्करों द्वारा अपने गंतव्य स्थान पर जल्दी पहुंचने की चाहत में तेज रफ्तार से भागने वाले वाहनों सहित , विभिन्न समारोह और शादी समारोह लौटते वक्त लोग अपने वाहन चालक को नींद पूरा होने से पहले जबरदस्ती उठकर वाहन चलाने के लिए मजबूर करते हैं और वाहन चालकों के आंख झपकने और एकाएक वाहन चलाते वक्त नींद आ जाने से सड़क दुर्घटनाएं हो जाती है, और लोग अपनी जीवन लीला समाप्त कर लेते हैं, जिसका जीता जागता उदाहरण यह है कि उत्तर प्रदेश जनपद बांदा में बुंदेलखंड एक्सप्रेस वे पर गुरुवार सुबह सड़क दुर्घटना में स्कॉर्पियो में सवार एक ही परिवार के चार लोगों की दर्दनाक मौत हो गई, जबकि एक बच्ची गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गई हैँ, बताया जा रहा है कि उक्त स्कॉर्पियो के परख्रच्चे उड़ गए, प्रथमदृष्टिय यह पाया गया है कि स्कार्पियो चालक को एकाएक नींद आ जाने के कारण उक्त हादसा हुआ है ,ऐसी सड़क हादसों के फलस्वरुप लोग हैं – से – थें – तक का सफर तय कर लेते हैं और अपने तो चले जाते हैं परंतु अपने ( अपने माता-पिता – बहन – भाई – पत्नी बच्चों ) परिवार और परिजनों को जीवन भर का सदमा दे जाते हैँ,,,,, अतः केंद्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार, जिला प्रशासन, संबंधित जिला परिवहन (आरटीओ ) विभाग सहित संबंधित लोगों को विशेष कर सड़क में चलने वाले समस्त वाहनों पर तेज रफ्तार से वाहन चलाने वालों का तत्काल प्रभाव से लाइसेंस रद्द करने की प्रक्रिया जारी होने चाहिए, और संबंधित वाहन मालिक पर कठोर से कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई करते हुए जुर्माना लगाना चाहिए, तभी दुर्घटनाओं से निजात पाया जा सकता है, क्योंकि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं का मुख्य कारण हैं (नशे की हालत में ) तेज रफ्तार से वाहन चलाना और उक्त वाहन से अपना अनियंत्रित को देना और एक्सीडेंट करना, मुख्य कारण है जिस पर लगाम लगनी चाहिए, जल्दी पहुंचने की चाहत में लोगों के वाहनों का हमेशा – हमेशा के लिए रफ्तार रुक जाती है और उक्त दुर्घटनाग्रस्त वाहनों में सवार लोग का उक्त रफ्तार के कारण उनकी पहचान हैं – से – थे और उनके शरीर को – शव – के – रूप – में पहचाना जाता है,,,,, ऐसा क्यों,,,,,????? गलती किसकी,,,,,????? वह रफ्तार जो पहचान ही मिटा दे – समाप्त करते कैसी रफ्तार का क्या,,,,,?????
