मकान जनगणना कार्य में सहयोग करें : बीडीओ महादेव कुमार महतो

गोमिया। शनिवार को गोमिया जनगणना चार्ज अधिकारी सह प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी महादेव कुमार महतो ने जनगणना 2026 के तहत चल रहे मकान सूचीकरण एवं मकान जनगणना कार्य को लेकर पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों एवं आम जनता से सहयोग की अपील की।
उन्होंने बताया कि भारत सरकार द्वारा संचालित यह महत्वपूर्ण जनगणना कार्य 10 मई 2026 से 14 जून 2026 तक चलाया जाएगा। पूरे प्रखंड क्षेत्र में कुल 410 प्रगणना ब्लॉक बनाए गए हैं, जिनमें 385 प्रगणकों द्वारा मकान जनगणना का कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है। इसके सफल संचालन के लिए 18 सुपरवाइजरों को प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जा चुका है।
बीडीओ महादेव कुमार महतो ने कहा कि जनगणना देश के विकास और योजनाओं के निर्माण का आधार होती है। इसलिए सभी जनप्रतिनिधियों और आम नागरिकों की जिम्मेदारी है कि वे जनगणना कर्मियों को सही एवं आवश्यक जानकारी उपलब्ध कराएं तथा अन्य लोगों को भी जागरूक करें।
उन्होंने बताया कि जनगणना के दौरान मकान में कमरों की संख्या, परिवार के सदस्यों की जानकारी, शौचालय, स्नानघर, पेयजल, बिजली सहित अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं से संबंधित जानकारी एकत्र की जाएगी। इसके अलावा घर में उपलब्ध साइकिल, मोटरसाइकिल, कार समेत अन्य वाहनों की भी जानकारी ली जाएगी। कुल 34 प्रकार की सूचनाएं इस प्रक्रिया में संकलित की जाएंगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार मोबाइल नंबर देना अनिवार्य किया गया है। प्रत्येक परिवार को अपने घर के उपयोग में आने वाले मोबाइल नंबर की जानकारी उपलब्ध करानी होगी।
अंत में उन्होंने आम लोगों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि जब जनगणना कर्मी आपके घर पहुंचें तो उन्हें सही जानकारी देकर सहयोग करें, ताकि भारत सरकार के इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्य को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया जा सके।
