सुदूरवर्ती गांव तेतरडीपा में जनसंवाद कर ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनीं, योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के दिए निर्देश

पेयजल, बिजली, आवास, आयुष्मान एवं रोजगार से जुड़ी सुविधाओं को प्राथमिकता से सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो अपने क्षेत्र भ्रमण कार्यक्रम के क्रम में गुमला प्रखंड अंतर्गत पंचायत घटगांव के सुदूरवर्ती ग्राम तेतरडीपा पहुंचे, जहां जनजातीय गरिमा उत्सव जनभागीदारी अभियान “सबसे दूर – सबसे पहले” के तहत आयोजित कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने सहभागिता की। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों के साथ सीधा संवाद स्थापित करते हुए गांव में संचालित विकास योजनाओं एवं आधारभूत सुविधाओं की स्थिति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की।

25 मई 2026 तक आयोजित इस विशेष अभियान के तहत उपायुक्त ने गांव में चल रहे विकासात्मक कार्यों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया तथा कोरबा जनजातीय परिवारों से जुड़कर उनकी समस्याओं एवं आवश्यकताओं की जानकारी ली। तेतरडीपा गांव में कुल 17 घर, 21 परिवार एवं लगभग 72 की आबादी निवास करती है।

जनसंवाद के दौरान ग्रामीणों ने पेयजल एवं बिजली की समस्या प्रमुख रूप से रखी। जिस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर पेयजल समस्या का समाधान सुनिश्चित करने का कड़ा निर्देश दिया। जिन घरों तक अब तक नल-जल कनेक्शन नहीं पहुंचा है, वहां शीघ्र टैप वाटर सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

बिरसा आवास योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए लाभुकों से आवास निर्माण कार्य शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का अनुरोध किया गया। प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी द्वारा बताया गया कि निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण होने के पश्चात नियमानुसार भुगतान उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। साथ ही छूटे हुए पात्र परिवारों को भी योजना से जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों से डाकिया योजना एवं पेंशन योजना की जानकारी ली। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि अधिकांश परिवारों को योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त हो रहा है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि शेष छूटे हुए पात्र लाभुकों का सर्वे कर उन्हें भी योजनाओं से आच्छादित किया जाए।

ग्रामीण युवाओं को रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने पर विशेष बल देते हुए उपायुक्त ने पंचायत सचिव को गांव के शिक्षित युवाओं की सूची तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि उनकी रुचि एवं योग्यता के अनुसार उन्हें कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों से जोड़ा जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे रोजगार आधारित कार्यों को प्राथमिकता दी जाए, जिन्हें ग्रामीण निरंतर रूप से संचालित कर सकें।

आयुष्मान भारत योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिन लोगों का आयुष्मान कार्ड अब तक नहीं बना है, उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान कर शीघ्र कार्ड निर्माण सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही गांव में विशेष आयुष्मान कैंप एवं स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर आयोजित करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

गांव में खराब पड़े सोलर लाइट एवं सोलर ग्रिड की स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कहा कि खराब सोलर लाइटों की मरम्मत शीघ्र कराई जाएगी तथा पुराने एवं खराब सोलर ग्रिड को बदलते हुए नए सोलर सिस्टम स्थापित किए जाएंगे। इस संबंध में जिला योजना पदाधिकारी को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त इच्छुक ग्रामीणों को बकरी पालन योजना से जोड़ने, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में वायरिंग कार्य कराने तथा अन्य आधारभूत सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ करने हेतु भी संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने सारू डैम का भी निरीक्षण किया तथा जलस्रोत से खेतों तक सिंचाई व्यवस्था का अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने कृषि कार्यों के लिए जल संसाधनों के बेहतर उपयोग एवं सिंचाई व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने पर बल दिया।
