कथारा विद्युत सब स्टेशन कॉलोनी के निवासियों को आवास खाली करने का नोटिस, परिवारों में दहशत

Gomia__कथारा विद्युत सब स्टेशन परिसर स्थित सरकारी आवासों में वर्षों से रह रहे दर्जनों परिवारों को विद्युत विभाग द्वारा सात दिनों के भीतर आवास खाली करने का नोटिस जारी किए जाने के बाद क्षेत्र में हड़कंप मच गया है। नोटिस मिलने के बाद प्रभावित परिवारों के सामने आवासीय संकट खड़ा हो गया है और वे अपने भविष्य को लेकर चिंतित हैं।
जानकारी के अनुसार विद्युत आपूर्ति अवर प्रमंडल, गोमिया के सहायक विद्युत अभियंता द्वारा जारी पत्र में कहा गया है कि कथारा सब स्टेशन परिसर के सरकारी आवासों में कुछ लोग अनधिकृत रूप से निवास कर रहे हैं, जो विभागीय नियमों के विरुद्ध है। विभाग ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि उक्त परिसर में ट्रांसफार्मर रिपेयरिंग वर्कशॉप (टीआरडब्ल्यू) का निर्माण प्रस्तावित है, जिसके लिए आवासों को खाली कराना आवश्यक है।
पत्र में संबंधित लोगों को नोटिस प्राप्ति के सात दिनों के भीतर सरकारी आवास खाली करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। साथ ही चेतावनी दी गई है कि निर्धारित अवधि के भीतर आवास खाली नहीं करने पर सरकारी संपत्ति पर अनधिकृत कब्जे के आरोप में कानूनी एवं दंडात्मक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। कार्रवाई में होने वाले खर्च एवं हर्जाने की जिम्मेदारी भी संबंधित व्यक्तियों पर होगी।
बताया जाता है कि यह पत्र 26 मई 2026 को जारी किया गया था, जबकि अधिकांश निवासियों को इसकी प्रति दो दिन पूर्व प्राप्त हुई है। कथारा विद्युत सब स्टेशन परिसर में कुल 32 सरकारी आवास हैं। इनमें लगभग 14 आवासों में गैर-कर्मचारी परिवार रह रहे हैं, जबकि एक आवास में विभागीय कर्मचारी निवास कर रहा है। विभाग की योजना पुराने आवासों को हटाकर वहां ट्रांसफार्मर रिपेयरिंग वर्कशॉप स्थापित करने की है।
नोटिस के बाद कॉलोनी में रहने वाले परिवारों में भय और असमंजस का माहौल व्याप्त है। समाजसेविका रीता पांडेय, प्रमोद कसेरा, दीपक प्रसाद, मधेश्वर सिंह, रेखा देवी, सरिता देवी, नाजमा खातून, मीणा देवी, रिंकी पांडे तथा ममता देवी सहित अन्य निवासियों ने बताया कि वे वर्षों से अपने परिवारों के साथ यहां रह रहे हैं। अधिकांश परिवार आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर हैं और उनके पास तत्काल वैकल्पिक आवास की व्यवस्था नहीं है।
निवासियों का कहना है कि इतने कम समय में परिवार सहित कहीं और जाना उनके लिए बेहद कठिन है। उन्होंने राज्य सरकार एवं विद्युत विभाग से मानवीय आधार पर निर्णय पर पुनर्विचार करने की मांग करते हुए कहा है कि उन्हें बेघर न किया जाए तथा प्रस्तावित ट्रांसफार्मर रिपेयरिंग वर्कशॉप के लिए किसी अन्य उपयुक्त स्थान का चयन किया जाए।
स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि यदि विभाग अपने निर्णय पर पुनर्विचार नहीं करता है तो प्रभावित परिवारों के सामने गंभीर आवासीय संकट उत्पन्न हो सकता है। फिलहाल क्षेत्रवासियों की निगाहें विभाग और प्रशासन की आगामी कार्रवाई पर टिकी हुई हैं ।
