निर्माण एवं असंगठित मजदूरों को संगठित करने का अभियान चलाएगी सीटू : राकेश कुमार

गोमिया, बोकारो। झारखंड राज्य निर्माण कामगार यूनियन (सीटू) की बोकारो जिला कमेटी की बैठक मंगलवार को आईईएल, गोमिया स्थित सीटू कार्यालय में जिला अध्यक्ष रामचंद्र ठाकुर की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई। बैठक में निर्माण एवं असंगठित मजदूरों की समस्याओं, उनके अधिकारों तथा संगठन विस्तार को लेकर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए जिला अध्यक्ष रामचंद्र ठाकुर ने कहा कि निर्माण एवं असंगठित मजदूरों को राजनीतिक रूप से जागरूक और संगठित करना समय की आवश्यकता है, ताकि वे अपने हक और अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए वर्तमान व्यवस्था के खिलाफ संगठित संघर्ष कर सकें। उन्होंने मजदूर वर्ग की एकता को मजबूत करने पर बल दिया।

जिला सचिव राकेश कुमार ने कहा कि सीटू ने निर्माण एवं असंगठित मजदूरों के बीच व्यापक सदस्यता एवं संगठन विस्तार अभियान चलाने का निर्णय लिया है। यूनियन कार्यकर्ता विभिन्न कार्यस्थलों पर जाकर मजदूरों को संगठित करेंगे तथा उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि आज भी बड़ी संख्या में निर्माण एवं असंगठित मजदूर शोषण का शिकार हैं और उन्हें निर्धारित न्यूनतम मजदूरी तक नहीं मिल रही है।

राकेश कुमार ने आरोप लगाया कि बोकारो जिले में राज्य एवं केंद्र सरकार द्वारा संचालित कई परियोजनाओं और कार्यस्थलों पर मजदूरों को न्यूनतम मजदूरी का भुगतान नहीं किया जा रहा है, जो गंभीर चिंता का विषय है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए यूनियन आगामी दिनों में आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रम चलाएगी और सड़क पर उतरकर संघर्ष करेगी।

बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया गया कि निर्माण एवं असंगठित मजदूरों की विभिन्न समस्याओं एवं मांगों को लेकर 9 जून 2026 को सहायक श्रमायुक्त कार्यालय, बोकारो थर्मल में यूनियन के बैनर तले एक मांग पत्र सौंपा जाएगा।

बैठक में यूनियन के उपाध्यक्ष जे. एम. रंगीला, कोषाध्यक्ष अजय कुमार नायक, जिला कमेटी सदस्य मनोज कुमार महतो, भारत महतो, नरेश यादव, चमन प्रजापति तथा लोकनाथ ठाकुर सहित अन्य कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित थे।
