गुमला : – गुमला भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की पुण्यतिथि के अवसर पर मंगलवार को बिरसा मुंडा एग्रो पार्क स्थित भगवान बिरसा मुंडा के प्रतिमा स्थल पर माल्यार्पण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण कर उन्हें भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।
इस अवसर पर उपस्थित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों ने भी भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की प्रतिमा पर पुष्प अर्पित कर उनके अद्वितीय योगदान, संघर्ष एवं बलिदान को स्मरण किया। मौके पर उपायुक्त ने कहा कि भगवान बिरसा मुंडा ने जल, जंगल और जमीन की रक्षा तथा आदिवासी समाज के अधिकारों के लिए संघर्ष करते हुए देश के स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन को नई दिशा प्रदान की। उनका जीवन. समाज के सभी वर्गों के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत है।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपस्थित अधिकारियों ने भगवान बिरसा मुंडा के आदर्शों एवं विचारों को आत्मसात करते हुए समाज एवं राष्ट्र के विकास में योगदान देने का संकल्प लिया।
माल्यार्पण कार्यक्रम के उपरांत उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने बिरसा मुंडा एग्रो पार्क का निरीक्षण भी किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने पार्क में उपलब्ध आधारभूत सुविधाओं, साफ-सफाई, रखरखाव एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। साथ ही पार्क के समुचित विकास एवं बेहतर संचालन हेतु आवश्यकताओं की जानकारी प्राप्त करते हुए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उपायुक्त ने पार्क को आगंतुकों के लिए अधिक सुव्यवस्थित एवं आकर्षक बनाए रखने पर विशेष बल दिया।
मौके पर उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, डीसीएलआर राजीव कुमार, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी कुसुम लता , सहायक जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी एलीना दास सहित अन्य जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
