बोकारो, जून, 2026 : पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा सिर्फ सरकार या संस्थाओं की जिम्मेदारी नहीं है, बल्कि इसमें हर व्यक्ति की भागीदारी जरूरी है। इसी सोच के साथ विश्व पर्यावरण सप्ताह के अवसर पर डालमिया भारत लिमिटेड ने बोकारो में कई जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए, जिनमें 560 से अधिक लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया।
इस दौरान, कंपनी ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण और स्वच्छ जीवनशैली को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई गतिविधियां आयोजित कीं। जिम्मेदार कचरा प्रबंधन को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए लोगों को डिस्पोजल बैग वितरित किए गए। वहीं बच्चों और युवाओं में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए पेंटिंग और स्लोगन लेखन प्रतियोगिताएँ भी कराई गईं।
कार्यक्रम के तहत स्वच्छता अभियान और पौधारोपण गतिविधियाँ भी आयोजित की गईं। इन प्रयासों का उद्देश्य लोगों को प्रकृति से जोड़ना और पर्यावरण के प्रति उनकी जिम्मेदारी का एहसास कराना था।
डीसीबीएल, बोकारो के यूनिट हेड सुनील कुमार के. भुसारी ने कहा कि पर्यावरण की रक्षा केवल पेड़-पौधों को बचाने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह हमारे भविष्य, स्वच्छ हवा, सुरक्षित पानी और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के बेहतर जीवन से भी जुड़ी है। उन्होंने कहा कि डालमिया भारत कारोबार के साथ-साथ पर्यावरण और समाज के लिए भी अपनी जिम्मेदारियां निभाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
कंपनी लगातार नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा, जल संरक्षण, कार्बन उत्सर्जन में कमी और हरित विनिर्माण जैसी पहलों पर काम कर रही है। विश्व पर्यावरण सप्ताह के ये कार्यक्रम भी इसी दिशा में एक सार्थक प्रयास रहे।
