उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य सम्पदा योजना अंतर्गत धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान की जिला स्तरीय समिति की बैठक संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य सम्पदा योजना के अंतर्गत जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालित धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान से संबंधित जिला स्तरीय समिति (डीएलसी) की बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान के तहत प्रस्तावित विभिन्न मत्स्य योजनाओं एवं लाभुकों के चयन से संबंधित विषयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। जिला स्तरीय समिति द्वारा योजनाओं के प्रस्तावों के अनुमोदन पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
बैठक में नए ग्रो-आउट तालाब निर्माण, मिश्रित मत्स्य पालन, पंगेशियस एवं तिलापिया पालन हेतु इनपुट सहायता, मध्यम आरएएस (री-सर्कुलेटरी एक्वाकल्चर सिस्टम) इकाई की स्थापना, सात टैंक वाले छोटे बॉयोफ्लॉक इकाइयों की स्थापना, जलाशयों में केज अधिष्ठापन, आरएफएफ/पेन कल्चर के माध्यम से मत्स्य पालन, शीतगृह (कोल्ड स्टोरेज/बर्फ प्लांट) निर्माण, रेफ्रीजरेटेड एवं इंसुलेटेड वाहनों की उपलब्धता, मोटरसाइकिल एवं तीन चक्का वाहन आईस बॉक्स के साथ, ई-रिक्शा के माध्यम से मछली विक्रय, जीवित मछली बिक्री केंद्र, फिश कियोस्क निर्माण तथा पारंपरिक मछुआरों के लिए नाव एवं जाल उपलब्ध कराने जैसे प्रस्तावों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।
इसके अतिरिक्त वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य सम्पदा योजना अंतर्गत धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान के विभिन्न घटकों हेतु संभावित लाभुकों के चयन पर भी विचार किया गया।
बैठक के दौरान कृषि एवं इससे संबद्ध विभागों से जुड़े विषयों की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों को आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने, पात्र लाभुकों का पारदर्शी चयन करने तथा निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर कार्यों को पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जनजातीय क्षेत्रों के आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण एवं आजीविका संवर्धन के उद्देश्य से संचालित इन योजनाओं का लाभ वास्तविक पात्र व्यक्तियों तक पहुंचाना प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
