राजस्व संग्रहण को लेकर उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

लक्ष्य आधारित कार्य योजना बनाकर राजस्व संग्रहण बढ़ाने का निर्देश,

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में राजस्व संग्रहण से संबंधित एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में परिवहन, खनन, निबंधन, नगर परिषद, विद्युत एवं मत्स्य विभाग सहित विभिन्न विभागों के राजस्व संग्रहण की समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को निर्धारित लक्ष्य के आधार पर राजस्व संग्रहण सुनिश्चित करने एवं नए वित्तीय वर्ष में पूर्व से ही स्पष्ट लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों की राजस्व संग्रहण प्रणाली की विस्तृत जानकारी लेते हुए निर्देश दिया कि प्राप्त लक्ष्य को पूर्ण करने हेतु ठोस कार्य योजना (प्लानिंग) बनाकर कार्य किया जाए, ताकि राजस्व में वृद्धि सुनिश्चित हो सके।

बैठक में ऑनलाइन म्यूटेशन, ऑनलाइन रेंट कलेक्शन, भूमि सीमांकन परिशोधन पोर्टल पर प्राप्त शिकायतें, राजस्व न्यायालय से संबंधित वाद, उत्तराधिकार/बंटवारा म्यूटेशन मामले, अंचल दिवस, जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत गूगल शीट, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना, जाति, आय एवं आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित मामलों की समीक्षा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि ऑनलाइन म्यूटेशन के सभी मामलों का निष्पादन 30 दिनों के भीतर नियमानुसार सुनिश्चित किया जाए। अधिक लंबित मामलों वाले अंचलों में संबंधित को भी निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही, बिना उचित कारण के पेंडेंसी नहीं रखने एवं अगली समीक्षा बैठक तक प्रगति पर संबंधित सीआई एवं पदाधिकारियों आवष्यक दिषा निर्देष दिया गया।

राजस्व न्यायालयों में लंबित वाद, ऑनलाइन रेंट कलेक्शन एवं प्रमाण पत्र निर्गमन से संबंधित मामलों की पेंडेंसी कम करने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

आपदा प्रबंधन के संदर्भ में उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को अधिक संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्य करने का निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि किसी भी पात्र मामले में समय पर मुआवजा राशि उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि प्रभावित नागरिकों को त्वरित सहायता मिल सके। इस संबंध में सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारियों (बीडीओ ) को विशेष रूप से निगरानी रखने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने अंचल कार्यालयों के सीआई एवं राजस्व कर्मियों के साथ भी बैठक कर कार्यों की समीक्षा की करने को कहा गया।

उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि जनता की शिकायतों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए एवं सभी मामलों का समय पर निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि आम जनता को अनावश्यक रूप से शिकायत लेकर उच्च कार्यालयों तक नहीं आना पड़े।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, डीसीएलआर बसिया शेखर कुमार, एसडीओ सदर, एसडीओ चौनपुर, डीसीएलआर चौनपुर कंचन सिंह, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, जिला स्थापना उप समाहर्ता, विभिन्न प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं अंचल अधिकारी सहित राजस्व से जुड़े विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
