उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में डीएमएफटी योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट ( डीएमएफटी ) अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को योजनाओं के समयबद्ध एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक के दौरान ग्रामीण विकास विशेष प्रमंडल द्वारा संचालित सभी कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने लंबित योजनाओं को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने तथा जिन योजनाओं में निविदा प्रक्रिया लंबित है, उसे जल्द पूर्ण कर कार्य प्रारंभ कराने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वीकृत योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में अनावश्यक विलंब न हो तथा निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर कार्य पूर्ण किए जाएं।

पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग ( पीएचडी) में उपायुक्त ने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में पेयजल सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने हेतु स्वीकृत सभी कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही संबंधित केंद्रों में शौचालय निर्माण कार्य को भी प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा करने को कहा। जिन क्षेत्रों में वाहन आधारित बोरिंग मशीन पहुंचने में कठिनाई है, वहां पाइपलाइन के माध्यम से जलापूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में जिला परिषद द्वारा संचालित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र निर्माण कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की गई। बताया गया कि विभाग को 16 आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों का निर्माण कार्य आवंटित किया गया है, जिनमें से 8 केंद्रों का निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है। उपायुक्त ने शेष केंद्रों के निर्माण कार्य में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए।

भवन प्रमंडल द्वारा संचालित कार्यों की समीक्षा में बताया गया कि विभाग को आवंटित कार्य पूर्ण कर लिए गए हैं। वहीं एनआरईपी को आवंटित तीन योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई तथा इनके समयबद्ध निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए गए।

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि डीएमएफटी अंतर्गत स्वीकृत योजनाओं को अविलंब पूर्ण किया जाए। जिन योजनाओं का कार्य अभी तक प्रारंभ नहीं हुआ है, उनमें एकरारनामा एवं निविदा प्रक्रिया को शीघ्र पूर्ण करते हुए कार्य आरंभ कराया जाए।

उन्होंने विशेष रूप से सभी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में जलापूर्ति व्यवस्था चालू कराने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही लुन्चूट पाट विद्यालय में निर्माणाधीन शौचालय का कार्य शीघ्र पूर्ण कराने को कहा। ग्रामीण विकास विभाग को नव स्वीकृत आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के निर्माण कार्य तत्काल प्रारंभ कराने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला अनिमेश रंजन सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
