उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुआ साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, 50 से अधिक मामलों पर हुई सुनवाई

गुमला: उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों से आए 50 से अधिक फरियादियों ने अपनी समस्याओं, मांगों एवं शिकायतों से संबंधित आवेदन उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में भूमि एवं राजस्व संबंधी मामलों, सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं का लाभ, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, पेंशन, आयुष्मान कार्ड, विद्युत आपूर्ति, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार तथा अन्य जनहित से जुड़े मामलों पर सुनवाई की गई।

इस दौरान घाघरा प्रखंड की एक महिला ने जर्जर एवं ध्वस्त हो चुके आवास का उल्लेख करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना अथवा अबुआ आवास योजना का लाभ उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की।

घाघरा अंचल से प्राप्त एक अन्य आवेदन में वर्ष 1939 के हुकुमनामा के आधार पर दर्ज भूमि के शेष रकबे के राजस्व अभिलेखों में दर्ज नहीं रहने की शिकायत करते हुए मामले की जांच एवं भूमि को पुनः पंजी-2 में दर्ज कराने की मांग की गई। पालकोट प्रखंड के एक ग्रामीण ने अपनी बंदोबस्ती भूमि पर वन विभाग द्वारा तालाब निर्माण कराए जाने की शिकायत करते हुए मामले में हस्तक्षेप एवं न्यायोचित कार्रवाई की मांग की।

चैनपुर प्रखंड के हर्रा पंचायत के ग्रामीणों ने ग्राम प्रधान के कार्यशैली, ग्राम विकास गतिविधियों में सहभागिता एवं पारंपरिक सामाजिक दायित्वों के निर्वहन से संबंधित शिकायतें दर्ज कराते हुए मामले की जांच एवं आवश्यक कार्रवाई की मांग की। साथ ही ग्रामीणों ने सिंचाई, आवास एवं शिक्षा सुविधाओं के विस्तार से संबंधित मांगें भी उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं।

पम्पापुर इंटर महाविद्यालय, पालकोट के विज्ञान एवं वाणिज्य संकाय के शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारियों ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20 एवं 2020-21 की लंबित अनुदान राशि के भुगतान हेतु आवेदन दिया। आवेदकों ने बताया कि जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी के निर्देश के बावजूद अब तक राशि का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में एक गंभीर स्वास्थ्य संबंधी मामला भी सामने आया, जिसमें गिन्डरा गांव निवासी एक किसान ने अपने हड्डी कैंसर से पीड़ित पुत्र के आयुष्मान कार्ड में जन्मतिथि त्रुटि के कारण उपचार में आ रही बाधा से अवगत कराया तथा कार्ड में आवश्यक सुधार एवं उपचार हेतु सहयोग की मांग की।

इसके अतिरिक्त गुमला नगर क्षेत्र के एक विद्युत उपभोक्ता ने स्मार्ट मीटर लगाए जाने के बाद अचानक बढ़े हुए बिजली बिल की शिकायत दर्ज कराते हुए बिल की जांच एवं सुधार की मांग की। आवेदक का कहना था कि पूर्व में भुगतान किए गए बिल के बावजूद बकाया राशि दर्शाई जा रही है।

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को मामलों की जांच कर नियमानुसार त्वरित एवं प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने लंबित मामलों के निष्पादन में तेजी लाने तथा पात्र लाभुकों को समयबद्ध राहत उपलब्ध कराने पर विशेष बल दिया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम नागरिकों एवं प्रशासन के बीच सीधा संवाद स्थापित करने का एक प्रभावी मंच है। प्राप्त प्रत्येक आवेदन का गंभीरतापूर्वक परीक्षण करते हुए पारदर्शी एवं संवेदनशील तरीके से कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, ताकि आमजनों की समस्याओं का प्रभावी समाधान हो सके।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी एवं संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
