दिव्यांगजनों को बैटरी चालित व्हीलचेयर की त्वरित उपलब्धता, सदर अस्पताल के सौंदर्यीकरण, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य एवं खेल अधोसंरचना को सुदृढ़ करने पर विशेष जोर

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में कॉर्पोरेट सोशल रिस्पॉन्सिबिलिटी (सीएसआर) से संचालित एवं प्रस्तावित विभिन्न विकासात्मक कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, खेल, मत्स्य, समाज कल्याण सहित विभिन्न विभागों से प्राप्त प्रस्तावों की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं सीएसआर प्रतिनिधियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि दिव्यांगजनों के लिए बैटरी चालित व्हीलचेयर पर्याप्त संख्या में स्टॉक में उपलब्ध कराई जाए, ताकि आवश्यकता पड़ने पर पात्र लाभुकों को बिना विलंब के व्हीलचेयर उपलब्ध कराई जा सके।
सदर अस्पताल गुमला के सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं सौंदर्यीकरण को लेकर उपायुक्त ने विस्तृत परियोजना प्रतिवेदन (डीपीआर) शीघ्र तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अस्पताल परिसर में पेवर ब्लॉक निर्माण एवं ब्यूटीफिकेशन से संबंधित सभी प्रस्तावों को अगली समीक्षा बैठक से पूर्व पूर्ण करने को कहा।
बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि फिशरी कॉलेज परिसर में ओपन जिम की स्थापना हेतु सीएसआर के माध्यम से स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो चुकी है। उपायुक्त ने कार्य को शीघ्र प्रारंभ कराने के निर्देश दिए।
समाहरणालय परिसर में पेयजल की गुणवत्ता को देखते हुए वाटर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट स्थापित करने का प्रस्ताव भी बैठक में रखा गया, जिस पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि टीबी मरीजों के बीच पोषण किट का नियमित वितरण सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि उपचार के साथ-साथ मरीजों को पोषण संबंधी सहयोग भी निरंतर मिलता रहे।
शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिन विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की कमी है, वहां कंप्यूटर आधारित एवं ऑनलाइन शिक्षण व्यवस्था विकसित करने की दिशा में कार्य किया जाए, जिससे विद्यार्थियों की पढ़ाई प्रभावित न हो। साथ ही कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय एवं कल्याण विभाग के विद्यालयों के आवश्यक मरम्मत एवं रेनोवेशन कार्य को भी सीएसआर के माध्यम से कराने पर चर्चा की गई।
बैठक में साइंस सेंटर के रेनोवेशन कार्य से संबंधित लंबित भुगतान का शीघ्र निष्पादन करने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा प्राथमिक एवं मध्य विद्यालयों में बेंच-डेस्क की कमी को दूर करने तथा 26 नए आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में आवश्यक बर्तनों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु प्रस्ताव तैयार करने को कहा गया।
मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा जीआई केज के लिए बैटरी उपलब्ध कराने की मांग रखी गई, जिस पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए। वहीं विद्यार्थियों एवं खिलाड़ियों की सुविधा के लिए बस उपलब्ध कराने तथा खेल सामग्री एवं स्पोर्ट्स उपकरणों की मांग को भी सीएसआर के माध्यम से पूरा करने पर चर्चा की गई।
उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि सीएसआर के माध्यम से प्रस्तावित विकासात्मक कार्यों की प्राथमिकता तय करते हुए समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि योजनाओं का लाभ आमजन तक शीघ्र पहुंच सके।
बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन, सिविल सर्जन डॉ. शंभूनाथ चौधरी, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी कुसुम लता, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी प्रवीण कुमार, हिंडालको कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
