उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जिला पर्यटन संवर्धन समिति ( डीटीपीसी ) की विशेष बैठक सम्पन्न

सारू पहाड़ सरना पूजा स्थल को पर्यटन क्षेत्र में शामिल करने का निर्णय, पर्यटन स्थलों के उन्नयन एवं विकास से संबंधित कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावों पर बनी सहमति

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिला पर्यटन संवर्धन समिति की विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले के अधिसूचित एवं संभावित पर्यटन स्थलों के संरक्षण, विकास, आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विस्तार, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, प्रचार-प्रसार तथा पर्यटन गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रस्तावों पर विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

बैठक में स्थानीय सांस्कृतिक एवं धार्मिक विरासत को पर्यटन से जोड़ने पर विशेष बल दिया गया। सर्वसम्मति से सारू पहाड़ सरना पूजा स्थल को जिले के पर्यटन स्थलों की सूची में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया गया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों को स्थल केउ समुचित विकास हेतु विस्तृत कार्ययोजना तैयार कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में जिले के अधिसूचित पर्यटन स्थलों के श्रेणी उन्नयन (अपग्रेडेशन) से संबंधित प्रस्तावों पर भी विचार किया गया। इसके तहत आँजन धाम (गुमला) एवं नवरत्नगढ़ किला (सिसई) को श्रेणी-‘बी’ से श्रेणी-‘ए’ में उन्नत करने का प्रस्ताव चर्चा हुई। वहीं बाघमुण्डा जलप्रपात (बसिया) एवं सीरा-सीता (डुमरी) को श्रेणी-‘सी’ से श्रेणी-‘बी’ तथा पम्पापुर ( पालकोट ), देवाकी बाबा धाम एवं मसरिया डैम (घाघरा) तथा गोबर सिल्ली (पालकोट) को श्रेणी-‘डी’ से श्रेणी-‘सी’ में उन्नत करने हेतु , राज्य में उक्त प्रस्ताव को भेजने पर सभी ने सहमति प्रदान की, साथ ही साथ उक्त बैठक में माँ महामाया मंदिर (हापामुनी), महासदाशिव मंदिर (मरदा, रायडीह), कपिलनाथ मंदिर (सिसई), सिदमा शिव मंदिर (बसिया), ट्राइबल म्यूजियम (एराउज), गढ़पहाड़ (रायडीह), पारस डैम (भरनो), कुसुमखर्रा पिकनिक स्पॉट (बिशुनपुर) तथा तेलगांव डैम (गुमला) सहित जिले के अन्य महत्वपूर्ण स्थलों को पर्यटन विभाग से अधिसूचित कराने का प्रस्ताव भी रखा गया।
पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से आँजन धाम में प्रतिवर्ष चैत्र पूर्णिमा के अवसर पर आयोजित हनुमान जयंती महोत्सव को राजकीय पर्यटन महोत्सव घोषित कराने का प्रस्ताव पर भी चर्चा हुई।

उक्त बैठक में टांगीनाथ धाम के समग्र विकास के लिए मंदिर परिसर में गार्डवाल, मंदिर तक शेड निर्माण एवं प्राचीन मूर्तियों के संरक्षण संबंधी कार्यों को प्राथमिकता देने पर गुमला उपायुक्त ने निर्देशित किया साथ ही जिले के विभिन्न पर्यटन स्थलों पर आवश्यक सुविधाओं के विकास हेतु साइनेज बोर्ड लगाने, पर्यटन स्थलों के प्रबंधन, रख-रखाव, सुरक्षा एवं साफ-सफाई के लिए आवश्यक सामग्री क्रय करने तथा डीटीपीसी फंड से आधारभूत सुविधाओं का विस्तार करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

आँजन धाम के सौंदर्यीकरण के अंतर्गत सीढ़ियों पर शेड निर्माण, लैंडस्केपिंग, लाइट एंड साउंड सिस्टम विकसित करने सहित अन्य पर्यटक सुविधाओं के विस्तार पर भी विस्तृत चर्चा हुई।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि जिले के सभी पर्यटन स्थलों पर एकल उपयोग वाले प्लास्टिक के उपयोग पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध सुनिश्चित किया जाए तथा पर्यावरण संरक्षण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए पत्तों से बने दोना-पत्तल के उपयोग को प्रोत्साहित किया जाए।

पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देते हुए जलप्रपातों एवं जलाशयों में खतरा सूचक बोर्ड लगाने, प्रमुख पर्यटन स्थलों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे स्थापित करने तथा संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में निगरानी व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करने हेतु निर्देश दिए गए।

जिले के पर्यटन स्थलों के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए नए समाहरणालय भवन, चंदाली परिसर में एलईडी स्क्रीन स्थापित कर उस पर गुमला के प्रमुख पर्यटन स्थलों से संबंधित प्रचारात्मक वीडियो का नियमित प्रदर्शन कराने का प्रस्ताव भी स्वीकृत किया गया।

बैठक में कतरी डैम में वॉच टावर, गज़ीबो, सुरक्षा रेलिंग एवं आरसीसी बेंच निर्माण, पालकोट स्थित गेस्ट हाउस एवं वे-साइड एमेनिटीज़ के अंतर्गत आवश्यक फर्नीचर एवं अन्य सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता तथा अधिसूचित डैम एवं जलप्रपातों में डूबने वाले खतरनाक स्थलों के भराव संबंधी प्रस्तावों पर भी विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि स्वीकृत प्रस्तावों पर समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करते हुए पर्यटन स्थलों का समग्र एवं सुनियोजित विकास किया जाए, ताकि गुमला जिले की प्राकृतिक, सांस्कृतिक एवं धार्मिक धरोहरों को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नई पहचान मिल सके तथा स्थानीय लोगों के लिए रोजगार एवं आजीविका के नए अवसर भी सृजित हों।

बैठक में जिला परिषद अध्यक्षा किरण माला बाड़ा, उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन, अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, जिला परिषद के कार्यपालक अभियंता, ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता, लघु सिंचाई विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता, विभिन्न जनप्रतिनिधि सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
