गुमला : – गुमला जिला में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार मतदाता सूची को शुद्ध, अद्यतन एवं त्रुटिरहित बनाने के उद्देश्य से संचालित विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण -2026 के सफल क्रियान्वयन को लेकर शनिवार को गुमला टाउन हॉल में जिला स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण सह जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम दो पालियों में संपन्न हुआ, जिसमें जिले के कुल 9,95 वॉलेंटियर्स (शिक्षक एवं विभिन्न विभागों के कर्मी) को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, प्रभारी जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सदर अखिलेश कुमार, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी गुमला सदर अशोक कुमार चोपड़ा, जिला निर्वाचन शाखा के हेल्प डेस्क मैनेजर शेखर कुमार सहित जिला निर्वाचन शाखा के अन्य पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
प्रशिक्षण के दौरान वॉलेंटियर्स को विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण अभियान के उद्देश्य, मतदाता सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया, प्रपत्रों के सही संधारण, आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन, डिजिटल एंट्री, घर-घर सर्वेक्षण की कार्यप्रणाली तथा भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही बताया गया कि अभियान के दौरान सभी वॉलेंटियर्स संबंधित बीएलओ के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर प्रत्येक मतदाता तक पहुंचेंगे तथा सत्यापन कार्य में सहयोग करेंगे।
उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया को सुदृढ़ बनाने का महत्वपूर्ण अभियान है। मतदाता सूची की शुद्धता निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया की विश्वसनीयता का आधार है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी वॉलेंटियर्स पूरी निष्ठा, निष्पक्षता एवं जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करें तथा प्रत्येक पात्र मतदाता का सही एवं समयबद्ध सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करें।
प्रभारी जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार ने कहा कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण के दौरान प्रत्येक मतदाता का व्यक्तिगत सत्यापन किया जाएगा। इसलिए वॉलेंटियर्स की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने सभी प्रतिभागियों से निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों का शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन करते हुए बीएलओ के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करने तथा निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर अभियान को सफल बनाने का आह्वान किया।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में बताया गया कि 30 जून से 29 जुलाई 2026 तक बीएलओ एवं वॉलेंटियर्स द्वारा घर-घर जाकर मतदाताओं का सत्यापन किया जाएगा। इसके उपरांत 5 अगस्त 2026 को प्रारूप मतदाता सूची का प्रकाशन होगा। 5 अगस्त से 4 सितंबर 2026 तक दावे एवं आपत्तियां प्राप्त की जाएंगी, जिनका निष्पादन 3 अक्टूबर 2026 तक किया जाएगा। सभी निर्धारित प्रक्रियाओं के पूर्ण होने के बाद 7 अक्टूबर 2026 को अंतिम मतदाता सूची का प्रकाशन किया जाएगा।
प्रशिक्षण सत्र का संचालन एवं तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, गुमला सदर अशोक कुमार चोपड़ा तथा जिला निर्वाचन शाखा के पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों द्वारा दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान वॉलेंटियर्स को प्रपत्रों के संधारण, डिजिटल मॉड्यूल, दस्तावेज सत्यापन, फील्ड स्तर पर आने वाली संभावित समस्याओं एवं उनके समाधान के संबंध में व्यावहारिक जानकारी भी उपलब्ध कराई गई।
