अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने ईंट भट्ठा संचालकों के साथ की बैठक, नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी अखिलेश कुमार (झारखंड प्रशासनिक सेवा) की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार को अनुमंडल कार्यालय में अनुमंडल क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत संचालित ईंट भट्ठा संचालकों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में ईंट भट्ठों के संचालन, खनिजों के वैध उपयोग तथा पर्यावरण एवं खनन संबंधी नियमों के अनुपालन को लेकर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार अनुमंडल क्षेत्र में खनन पट्टाधारियों एवं भंडारणकर्ताओं द्वारा पत्थर, बालू आदि के वैध एवं अवैध उत्खनन तथा भंडारण की जांच की जाएगी। इस दौरान संबंधित अनुज्ञप्ति, राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड द्वारा निर्गत सीटीआई – सीटीओ, अभिलेखों तथा रूल्स के प्रावधानों के अनुरूप अभिलेखों का मिलान किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने सभी ईंट भट्ठा संचालकों को झारखंड सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित खनन एवं भू-तत्व विभाग के नियमों का अक्षरशः पालन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया गया कि मिट्टी का कटाव केवल उसी स्थल से किया जाए, जिसके लिए खनन विभाग द्वारा विधिवत अनुमति प्रदान की गई है। यदि किसी भी भट्ठा संचालक द्वारा अवैध रूप से मिट्टी का उत्खनन किया जाता है तो संबंधित के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार विधि-सम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि उपायुक्त द्वारा गठित जांच समिति समय-समय पर ईंट भट्ठों का निरीक्षण करेगी तथा अवैध पत्थर एवं बालू के उत्खनन, परिवहन, भंडारण तथा ईंट भट्ठा संचालन से संबंधित अभिलेखों की जांच करेगी। उन्होंने सभी संचालकों को निर्देश दिया कि जांच के दौरान सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज उपलब्ध रखें। आवश्यक अभिलेख प्रस्तुत नहीं करने की स्थिति में संबंधित भट्ठा संचालक के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

बैठक में अनुपस्थित रहे ईंट भट्ठा संचालकों के विरुद्ध स्पष्टीकरण पूछने का निर्णय लिया गया।
