धर्मसेना के प्रमुख, पूर्व कार सेवक और अयोध्या निवासी संतोष दुबे चढ़ावा चोरी का मामला सामने आने के बाद से ही आग उगल रहे हैं. वे सीना ठोक कर चंपत राय, अनिल मिश्रा और गोपाल राव के खिलाफ बयान दे रहे हैं। बिना किसी भय के इन्हें सोशल मीडिया और खबरिया चैनलों पर ट्रस्ट के लोगों की बखिया उधेड़ रहे हैं. जो पत्रकार उनके पास गया सबको उसी अंदाज में इंटरव्यू दिया. लेकिन इस दौरान वे ये भी बता रहे हैं कि उनकी जान को खतरा है.
उनका कहना है कि इसकी जानकारी बीजेपी एक बड़े नेता ने उन्हें सावधान रहने को कहा है. वे मानते हैं उन्हें लगातार धमकियां मिल रही हैं. इसके बावजूद संतोष दुबे डिगे नहीं हैं। अब उन्होंने नई मांग कर दी है. श्री दुबे चंपत राय बंसल का नार्को टेस्ट कराने की बात कह रहे हैं। उनका कहना है कि चंपत राय का नार्को टेस्ट हो जाएगा तो तमाम चीजें सामने आ जाएंगी।
संतोष दुबे उन व्यक्तियों ने भी शामिल हैं, जो चंपत राय और अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ थाने में FIR दर्ज करने गए थे लेकिन इनकी तहरीर पर मामला दर्ज नहीं किया गया, लेकिन अब जो बात संतोष दुबे कह रहे हैं कि उनकी जान को खतरा है तो ये गंभीर है।
संतोष दूबे की चिंता व आशंका निराधार नहीं है. आतंक और भय को यों भी समझा जा सकता है कि ब्रजभूषण शरण सिंह, साध्वी ऋतम्भरा, उमा भारती और विनय कटियार जैसे महाबली भी मुंह नहीं खोल पा रहे. शायद ये लोग प्रवीण तोगडिया की दुर्दशा से सबक ले चुके हैं.
अब तो धीरेंद्र शास्त्री भी जुबान खोलने से परहेज कर रहे हैं
आपको याद होगा, जब पूर्व सांसद बृज भूषण शरण सिंह से चढ़ावा चोरी के बारे में सवाल किया गया था तो उन्होंने कहा था कि अगर मैं मुंह खोलूंगा तो परेशानी में फंस जाऊंगा, क्योंकि वो बड़े लोग हैं। अब तो धीरेंद्र शास्त्री भी यही कह रहे हैं. इससे समझा जा सकता है कि इस मामले की जड़ कहां तक होगी.
उनका आरोप है कि विश्व हिंदू परिषद के नेताओं ने ट्रस्ट को अपनी जागीर मान लिया है. यही वजह है कि जब से मामला खुला तब से विहिप के नेता चंपत राय के बचाव में उतरे हुए हैं।
सबसे बड़ा सवाल…ट्रस्ट के कोषाध्यक्ष गोविंद देव गिरि अब तक पुलिसिया जांच के घेरे से बाहर क्यों?
हालांकि चढ़ावा प्रकरण में प्रकाश जोशी उर्फ़ गोविंद देव गिरि के राजनीतिक रसूख की खूब चर्चा है. यह शख़्श राम मंदिर का कोषाध्यक्ष है. मगर मीडिया ने इसे छुपा रखा है. पोस्टर में इसी शख्स को मोदी और आदित्यनाथ के साथ देखा जा सकता है.यानी इसकी पहुंच ऊपर तक है. किसी भी फाइनेंसियल क्राइम में सबसे पहले कैशियर, फंड मैनेजर, कोषाध्यक्ष पर उठाया जाता है. क्योंकि पूरा फंड कैशियर की नज़रों में होता है. मगर राम मंदिर डकैती में इस गोविंद देव गिरि का नाम तक नहीं आया है.
किसी प्रोफेशनल ट्रेनिंग के बग़ैर राम मंदिर का हज़ारों करोड़ मैनेज करना नामुमकिन है. ऐसा नहीं लगता है कि गोविंद गिरि में फाइनेंस की कोई क़ाबिलियत है. गोविंद गिरि को राष्ट्रीय संत बताया गया है जो आरएसएस की सभाओं में भाषण वग़ैरह देता है. शायद आरएसएस के क़रीबी होना ही इसका क़्वालिफिकेशन है.
बग़ैर वक़्त ज़ाया किए गोविंद गिरि को अरेस्ट किया जाना ज़रूरी है. वैसे तो एसआईटी के लिए गोविंद गिरि जांच का पहला पॉइंट होना चाहिए था. लेकिन अबतक की पुलिसिया जांच के घेरे में इनका नाम नहीं आना बहुत कुछ बयां करता है. पर विपक्ष व साधु संत समाज अब श्री गिरि के खिलाफ गोलबंद होने लगे हैं.
