गुमला : – गुमला जिला में 80वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर पंचायती राज विभाग के निर्देशानुसार 09 अगस्त से 17 अगस्त 2026 तक आयोजित किए जा रहे ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान के सफल क्रियान्वयन एवं जनभागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से आज गुमला समाहरणालय परिसर में विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने की। इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, पंचायत सचिव एवं समाहरणालय के पदाधिकारी – कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों, कर्मियों एवं पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों के बीच राष्ट्रीय ध्वज तिरंगा का वितरण किया गया। साथ ही, समाहरणालय परिसर में राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराया गया तथा उपस्थित सभी पदाधिकारियों, कर्मियों एवं पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों ने सामूहिक रूप से राष्ट्रगान गाकर राष्ट्र के प्रति सम्मान एवं गौरव की भावना व्यक्त की।
इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि *तिरंगा हमारे देश की आन, बान और शान का प्रतीक है*। ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान जन-जन में देशभक्ति की भावना को और प्रगाढ़ करने का माध्यम है। गुमला जिले के सभी नागरिक, विशेषकर पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, आगे आकर प्रत्येक घर एवं संस्थान में सम्मानपूर्वक राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराएं और इस राष्ट्रीय पर्व में अपनी सक्रिय सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करें।”
कार्यक्रम के दौरान पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों से अपील की गई की वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में व्यापक जनभागीदारी सुनिश्चित करते हुए ग्रामीणों को अपने घरों में तिरंगा फहराने के लिए प्रेरित करें। साथ ही, पंचायत भवनों एवं अन्य सार्वजनिक संस्थानों में भी निर्धारित प्रावधानों के अनुरूप राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने के लिए आवश्यक पहल करने को कहा गया।
इस दौरान उपस्थित सभी लोगों को फ्लैग कोड ऑफ इंडिया के प्रावधानों की जानकारी देते हुए राष्ट्रीय ध्वज की गरिमा एवं सम्मान बनाए रखने के संबंध में आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
