मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद, केबीपी परियोजना के पदाधिकारि और ग्रामीण रैयतों के साथ की त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता

Gomia- बेरमो अनुमंडल स्थित तेनुघाट सिचाई विभाग के अतिथि भवन में राज्य के पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता तथा उत्पाद एवं मद्य निषेध विभाग मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद के पहल पर कोतरे–बसंतपुर–पचमो (केबीपी) परियोजना से प्रभावित गोमिया अंचल अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत पचमो के रैयतों के हक एवं अधिकारों को लेकर त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद ने की।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता बोकारो सुनील चंद्रा, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी तेनुघाट मनोज कुमार, गोमिया अंचल अधिकारी आफताब आलम, सीसीएल हजारीबाग कोल क्षेत्र के महाप्रबंधक, सीसीएल रांची के भूमि एवं राजस्व विभाग के महाप्रबंधक, केबीपी परियोजना पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी तथा बड़ी संख्या में रैयत बैठक में शामिल रहे।बैठक के दौरान मंत्री श्री प्रसाद ने अधिकारियों एवं प्रबंधन को स्पष्ट निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि पचमो पंचायत के रैयतों के साथ किसी प्रकार की भेदभाव न किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि पुनर्वास एवं पुनर्स्थापन (R&R) नीति के तहत रैयतों को मिलने वाले सभी हक एवं सुविधाएं प्राथमिकता के आधार पर शीघ्र उपलब्ध कराई जाएं।

रैयतों की 15 सूत्री मांगों पर मंत्री ने बिंदुवार समीक्षा करते हुए प्रत्येक मांग पर सकारात्मक एवं त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। इस दौरान रैयतों ने भी अपनी समस्याओं, चिंताओं एवं अधिकारों को लेकर खुलकर अपनी बातें रखीं।बैठक में मंत्री श्री प्रसाद के समक्ष प्रबंधन ने बताया कि जिन मांगों का संबंध नीतिगत निर्णयों से है, उन्हें आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु सीसीएल मुख्यालय भेजा जाएगा। वहीं, क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर लंबित सभी मांगों पर सकारात्मक सहमति व्यक्त की गई।बैठक के उपरांत मंत्री श्री प्रसाद ने कहा कि पचमो के रैयत लंबे समय से अपने अधिकारों के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। अब उन्हें निराश होने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। प्रबंधन के साथ हुई सकारात्मक एवं सार्थक वार्ता के परिणामस्वरूप कई महत्वपूर्ण मांगों पर सहमति बनी है तथा शेष मामलों के समाधान की प्रक्रिया भी शीघ्र आगे बढ़ाई जाएगी।

त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता के सफल आयोजन एवं मंत्री जी की पहल पर उपस्थित रैयतों ने प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए विश्वास जताया कि उनके लंबे समय से लंबित हक एवं अधिकारों के समाधान की दिशा में यह बैठक एक महत्वपूर्ण और निर्णायक कदम साबित होगी। बैठक के बादआगे बताया कि यह मामला लगभग 1981/ 82 से पेंडिंग पड़ा हुआ था।
