गुमला : – गुमला की बेटी ताशा झा ने गोल्ड मेडल जीतकर गुमला जिला का नाम रोशन किया , झारखंड की राजधानी रांची के खेलगांव में आयोजित तीसरी रांची जिला शूटिंग चैंपियनशिप 2026 में दोहरे पदक जीतकर क्षेत्र का नाम रोशन करने वाली ताशा झा को गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया है। एकलव्य राइफल शूटिंग क्लब रांची की ओर से खेलते हुए ताशा ने .22 राइफल 25 मीटर जूनियर महिला प्रोन स्पर्धा में स्वर्ण पदक और 10 मीटर एयर राइफल टीम स्पर्धा में रजत पदक हासिल किया। ताशा की इस दोहरी और गौरवशाली उपलब्धि पर गुमला के उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कैडेट ताशा झा को सम्मानित करते हुए बधाई व शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि उसकी इस असाधारण सफलता ने न सिर्फ उनके परिवार को बल्कि पूरे गुमला जिले को गौरवान्वित किया है, और आज वे जिला प्रशासन के साथ-साथ क्षेत्र के उन तमाम युवाओं तथा उभरते हुए खिलाड़ियों के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी प्रेरणा बनकर उभरी हैं। ताशा 46 झारखंड बटालियन एनसीसी की सीनियर विंग कैडेट और डीएवी पब्लिक स्कूल गुमला की पूर्व छात्रा है।
