उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुआ साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, 50 से अधिक मामलों पर हुई सुनवाई

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से आए 50 से अधिक नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं, मांगों एवं शिकायतों से संबंधित आवेदन उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान भूमि विवाद, राजस्व अभिलेखों में सुधार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं का लाभ, पेंशन, आवास, प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत करने, पेयजल, विद्युत आपूर्ति, सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार सहित अन्य जनहित से जुड़े मामलों पर सुनवाई की गई।

सुनवाई के दौरान गुमला प्रखंड के एक लाभुक समिति के सचिव ने ग्राम स्थित सरना एवं मसना स्थल की घेराबंदी कार्य में कथित अनियमितता, लाभुक समिति की जानकारी के बिना कार्य प्रारंभ किए जाने तथा बाहरी व्यक्तियों के माध्यम से कार्य कराए जाने की शिकायत करते हुए मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच एवं नई लाभुक समिति के गठन की मांग की।

जिले के पूर्व साक्षरता कर्मियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने वर्ष 2018 से लंबित मानदेय भुगतान, सरकार को आवश्यक राशि की मांग भेजने तथा संविदाकर्मी का दर्जा दिलाने हेतु राज्य सरकार को अनुशंसा पत्र भेजने की मांग उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखी।

सिसई प्रखंड के बानेश्वर उरांव ने आर्थिक एवं शारीरिक कठिनाइयों का उल्लेख करते हुए अपने पुत्र का किसी आवासीय विद्यालय में नामांकन कराने के लिए प्रशासन से सहयोग की मांग की।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की एक महिला आशुलिपिक ने स्थानांतरण के बाद चार माह से वेतन भुगतान नहीं होने, आवंटन के अभाव में उत्पन्न आर्थिक कठिनाइयों तथा उपयुक्त पद पर स्थानांतरण से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया।

इसी क्रम में सिसई प्रखंड के बानेश्वर उरांव ने एक अन्य आवेदन के माध्यम से दिव्यांग एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर होने का उल्लेख करते हुए अबुआ आवास योजना अथवा प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत आवास उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की।

घाघरा प्रखंड के हफीज अंसारी ने मुख्यमंत्री जल-नल योजना के अंतर्गत कार्य पूर्ण करने के बावजूद लंबे समय से बकाया मजदूरी का भुगतान नहीं मिलने की शिकायत करते हुए प्रशासन से भुगतान सुनिश्चित कराने की मांग की।

इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए आवेदकों ने भूमि विवाद, राजस्व अभिलेखों में सुधार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, आवास योजनाओं, पेयजल, बिजली, सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार, प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत करने सहित अन्य जनहित से जुड़े मामलों में भी आवेदन समर्पित किए।

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को प्रत्येक मामले की आवश्यक जांच कर नियमानुसार त्वरित एवं प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन तथा पात्र लाभुकों को समयबद्ध राहत उपलब्ध कराने पर विशेष बल दिया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस प्रशासन एवं आम नागरिकों के बीच सीधे संवाद का प्रभावी माध्यम है। प्राप्त प्रत्येक आवेदन का पारदर्शी एवं निष्पक्ष तरीके से परीक्षण कर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, ताकि आमजन की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान हो सके।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी एवं संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
