गुमला दौरे पर झारखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक आयोग, जनसुनवाई में शिक्षण संस्थानों से जुड़े मामले पर हुआ विचार, कई मामलों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में झारखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के द्वय उपाध्यक्ष (दर्जा राज्य मंत्री) प्राणेश सॉलोमन एवं ज्योति सिंह मथारू तथा आयोग के सदस्यों के गुमला जिला भ्रमण के क्रम में मंगलवार को नगर भवन, गुमला में जिले के अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थानों की जनसुनवाई आयोजित की गई। जनसुनवाई के उपरांत सर्किट हाउस में प्रेस वार्ता का आयोजन किया गया।

नगर भवन में आयोजित जनसुनवाई में जिले के वित्तपोषित एवं वित्तरहित अल्पसंख्यक विद्यालयों, भाषायी अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थानों तथा मदरसों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लेकर अपनी समस्याओं एवं सुझावों से आयोग को अवगत कराया। कार्यक्रम में उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला अनिमेश रंजन, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी भी उपस्थित रहे।

प्रेस वार्ता में उपाध्यक्ष ज्योति सिंह मथारू ने बताया कि जनसुनवाई का उद्देश्य अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थानों की वास्तविक समस्याओं को सीधे सुनना तथा उनके समाधान की दिशा में प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि लगभग दो घंटे तक चली जनसुनवाई में शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों, नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया, संस्थानों के संचालन में आ रही प्रशासनिक कठिनाइयों, शैक्षणिक संसाधनों की उपलब्धता तथा अन्य संस्थागत समस्याओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। आयोग द्वारा पूर्व में उपलब्ध कराए गए प्रपत्रों के माध्यम से संस्थानों से प्राप्त सभी बिंदुओं को संकलित किया गया है, ताकि प्रत्येक मामले पर व्यवस्थित रूप से कार्रवाई की जा सके।

उन्होंने कहा कि सुनवाई के दौरान प्राप्त शिकायतों एवं सुझावों पर आवश्यक निर्णय लेते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करने तथा लंबित मामलों का शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। आयोग सभी प्राप्त प्रतिवेदनों का परीक्षण कर राज्य सरकार एवं संबंधित विभागों के समक्ष आवश्यक अनुशंसाएं भी करेगा, ताकि अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थानों के समग्र विकास का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो सके।

ज्योति सिंह मथारू ने कहा कि आयोग राज्यभर में “आयोग आपके द्वार” अभियान के तहत प्रत्येक जिले में इस प्रकार की जनसुनवाई आयोजित कर रहा है। सभी जिलों से प्राप्त समस्याओं एवं सुझावों का समेकित प्रतिवेदन तैयार कर राज्य स्तर पर संबंधित विभागों के साथ समीक्षा की जाएगी तथा दीर्घकालिक समाधान की रूपरेखा तैयार की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा किसी भी समाज की प्रगति का आधार है और आयोग यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है कि अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थानों को आवश्यक सहयोग एवं बेहतर शैक्षणिक वातावरण उपलब्ध हो।

उपाध्यक्ष प्राणेश सॉलोमन ने बताया कि जिला भ्रमण के दौरान आयोग ने कल्याण छात्रावासों का भी निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में छात्रावासों में उपलब्ध मूलभूत सुविधाओं, स्वच्छता एवं शैक्षणिक वातावरण का जायजा लिया गया तथा आवश्यक सुधार के संबंध में संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए।

उन्होंने कहा कि जनसुनवाई में शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों का विषय प्रमुखता से सामने आया। इस संबंध में जिला शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों को विभाग से आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्राप्त कर नियमानुसार नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया से संबंधित लंबित मामलों का समाधान सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है। साथ ही संस्थानों से रिक्तियों एवं अन्य समस्याओं का विस्तृत प्रतिवेदन आयोग को उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया है, ताकि राज्य स्तर पर आवश्यक निर्णय लेकर उनका समाधान किया जा सके।

उन्होंने कहा कि आयोग का उद्देश्य केवल समस्याओं को सुनना नहीं, बल्कि उनके व्यावहारिक समाधान की दिशा में प्रभावी पहल करना है। विद्यार्थियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा उपलब्ध हो, शिक्षण संस्थान सुचारु रूप से संचालित हों तथा आवश्यक संसाधनों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित हो, इसके लिए आयोग निरंतर कार्य करता रहेगा।

प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान मुख्य रूप से आयोग के सदस्य, नगर परिषद उपाध्यक्ष, विभिन्न वार्डों के अध्यक्ष एवं जन प्रतिनिधिगण मौजूद रहें।
