गोमिया- बेरमो अनुमंडल पुलिस की मासिक अपराध समीक्षा बैठक में क्षेत्र में कानून-व्यवस्था को और सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए गए। अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी रविन्द्र कुमार सिंह की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में सभी थाना प्रभारी, ओपी प्रभारी एवं पुलिस निरीक्षक मौजूद रहे।
बैठक के दौरान लंबित कांडों की समीक्षा करते हुए एसडीपीओ ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों को समयबद्ध तरीके से मामलों का निष्पादन करने तथा वारंटियों की गिरफ्तारी में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने अवैध खनन, शराब तस्करी और अन्य आपराधिक गतिविधियों पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
एसडीपीओ ने कहा कि थाना क्षेत्रों में नियमित गश्त बढ़ाई जाए और संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर लगातार नजर रखी जाए। उन्होंने साइबर अपराध, महिला उत्पीड़न और नशे के अवैध कारोबार के विरुद्ध विशेष अभियान चलाने का निर्देश भी दिया।
बैठक में पुलिस अधिकारियों से आम लोगों की शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान करने और पुलिस-जनता के बीच बेहतर संवाद स्थापित करने पर जोर दिया गया। एसडीपीओ ने कहा कि जनता के सहयोग से ही अपराधों पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाया जा सकता है।
बैठक के अंत में सभी थाना एवं ओपी प्रभारियों ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों की कानून-व्यवस्था, अपराध नियंत्रण की स्थिति तथा लंबित मामलों की प्रगति से एसडीपीओ को अवगत कराया, जिस पर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
