कांमडारा प्रखंड में फाइलेरिया प्रभावित मरीजों के बीच एमएमडीपी किट का वितरण

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित कांमडारा प्रखंड मुख्यालय के सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ. सुनील खलखो के नेतृत्व एवं मार्गदर्शन में फाइलेरिया (लिम्फेटिक फाइलेरिया) से प्रभावित मरीजों के बीच मॉर्बिडिटी मैनेजमेंट एंड डिसेबिलिटी प्रिवेंशन ( एम एम डी पी ) किट का वितरण किया गया। इस अवसर पर कुल 25 फाइलेरिया प्रभावित मरीजों को एमएमडीपी किट प्रदान की गई।

एमएमडीपी किट फाइलेरिया से प्रभावित मरीजों के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी है। इसके नियमित उपयोग एवं उचित स्वच्छता प्रबंधन से प्रभावित अंगों की सूजन को नियंत्रित करने, संक्रमण की संभावना को कम करने, दर्द एवं असुविधा में कमी लाने तथा मरीजों के जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करने में सहायता मिलती है।

यह पहल जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग एवं पिरामल टीम के सतत प्रयासों एवं सहयोग का परिणाम है, जिसके माध्यम से फाइलेरिया प्रभावित मरीजों को आवश्यक देखभाल एवं उपचार संबंधी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान एमपीडब्ल्यू मुकेश, तेजप्रताप, संदल सहित अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मी उपस्थित रहे। साथ ही बड़ी संख्या में सहिया एवं सहिया साथियों की उपस्थिति में मरीजों को किट वितरित की गई तथा उन्हें किट के उपयोग एवं स्व-देखभाल संबंधी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी भी प्रदान की गई।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने फाइलेरिया प्रभावित सभी मरीजों से अपील की है कि वे एमएमडीपी किट का नियमित उपयोग करें तथा स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों द्वारा बताए गए स्वच्छता एवं देखभाल संबंधी उपायों का पालन करें, जिससे बीमारी के दुष्प्रभावों को कम किया जा सके।
