गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में 50 हजार रुपये रिश्वत लेते प्रधान सहायक गिरफ्तार, सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षक भी एसीबी के जल में फंसा

एसीबी ने संबंधित कार्रवाई करते हुए उक्त दोनों व्यक्तियों को अपने साथ रांची ले गई

गुमलाः – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय समाहरणालय परिसर स्थित जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक के कार्यालय के प्रधान लिपिक के पद पर कार्यरत रंजीत कुजूर और एक सेवानिवृत शिक्षक वत्स रविकांत को एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो ( एसीबी ) की टीम राँची ने विधिवत रूप से गिरफ्तार करते हुए अपने साथ रांची ले गई, सूत्र बताते हैं की शिकायत मिलने पर एसीबी ने अपना जाल बिछाते हुए और सीधी कार्रवाई करते हुए, मंगलवार को गुमला जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक (डीएसई ) कार्यालय में पहुंची और फिल्मी अंदाज में कार्रवाई करते हुए, प्रधान सहायक रंजीत कुजूर को ₹50,000 के रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हांथ दबोच लिया, इसी क्रम में सेवानिवृत शिक्षक वत्स रविकांत को भी विधिवत रूप से गिरफ्तार करते हुए, एसीबी ने कानूनी कार्रवाई करते हुए अपने साथ रांची ले गई हैं, संबंधित मामला यह है की
एक विभागीय कार्य से संबंधित पदस्थापना – कागजात दुरुस्त करने के नाम पर सीधा काम के बदले दम रिश्वत की मांग की गई, थी, जिसकी शिकायत एसीबी से की गई जिसके सत्यापन के बाद एसीबी ने उक्त कार्रवाई की।
बताया जाता है कि भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो ( एसीबी ) रांची की टीम ने मंगलवार को गुमला जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ( डीएसई ) कार्यालय गुमला में पहुंच कर सख्त कार्रवाई करते हुए प्रधान सहायक रंजीत कुजूर को 50 हजार रुपये रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार कर लिया, इसी क्रम में एसीबी ने उक्त संबंधित कार्रवाई करते हुए एक सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षक वत्स रविकांत को भी गिरफ्तार किया ।

एसीबी ने उक्त दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज दर्ज करते हुए और गहराई से जांच पड़ताल करते हुए, अनुसंधान का कार्य प्रारंभ कर दी है।
बताया जाता है की एक शिक्षक के एरियर – राशि भुगतान के मामले में रंगे हाथ -घुस लेते पकड़े गए। बताया जाता है कि एरियर भुगतान की मांग को लेकर डीएसई कार्यालय के लिपिक और उक्त शिक्षक के माध्यम से घूस की मांग हुई थी। परिवर राशि के टी.टी. भुगतान को लेकर घूस की मांग किए जाने पर संबंधित पीडित शिक्षक के द्वारा एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो की टीम को उक्त शिकायत की गई, जिस पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए,एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो की टीम राँची ने गुमला के डीएसई कार्यालय पहुंचकर लिपिक रंजीत कुजूर और
सेवानिवृत शिक्षक वत्स रविकांत को घूस लेते रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया। एसीबी की कार्रवाई से जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक के कार्यालय में हड़कंप मची हुई हैं। एसीबी की टीम ने कार्यालय सील कर सख्त और आवश्यक कार्रवाई करते हुए, रिश्वत लेने के आरोपी उक्त दोनों लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर अपने साथ रांची ले गई है। एसीबी के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि आगे की सूचना रांची एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो राँची की ओर से की गई उक्त कार्रवाई से डीएसई कार्यालय गुमला परिसर और जिला मुख्यालय में चर्चाओं का बाजार गर्म है, और भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी कार्रवाई होने पर आमलोग काफी खुश है, और पूरे जिला मुख्यालय में,उक्त कार्रवाई की एक चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ, आम नागरिकों का आरोप है की यह केवल शिक्षा विभाग ही नहीं बाल्कि समस्त विभागों में भ्रष्टाचार और रिश्वतखोरी का बोलबाला है, बिना दाम के बिना काम नहीं होता है अतः राज्य सरकार, स्थानीय जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस प्रशासन को इस ओर विशेष ध्यान देना होगा, तभी भ्रष्टाचार समाप्त होगीl
