एसआईआर-2026 की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने को लेकर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बीएलओ, बीएलए-2 एवं वॉलेंटियर्स के साथ की विशेष बैठक

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में गुरुवार को अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला अखिलेश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में नगर परिषद कार्यालय सभागार में विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर)-2026 की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने के उद्देश्य से बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में नगर परिषद के कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी, सभी बीएलओ, बीएलए-2, वॉलेंटियर्स सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।

बैठक के दौरान अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने मतदाता सूची से संबंधित मैपिंग कार्य की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए मैपिंग के प्रतिशत को अधिक से अधिक बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने सभी बीएलओ को घर-घर जाकर निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर मैपिंग की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही, बूथों पर वॉलेंटियर्स को टैग किए जाने की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि बूथों पर आने वाले मतदाताओं को आवश्यक प्रपत्र उपलब्ध कराए जाएं।

बैठक में बीएलओ द्वारा मैपिंग के दौरान आने वाली विभिन्न समस्याओं से अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी को अवगत कराया गया, जिस पर उन्होंने आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देते हुए समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि जिन मतदान केंद्रों पर मतदाताओं की संख्या 700 से अधिक है, वहां अतिरिक्त वॉलेंटियर्स की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है, ताकि बीएलओ को डोर-टू-डोर सत्यापन कार्य में सुविधा हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ लोग ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में अलग-अलग स्थानों पर मैपिंग करा रहे हैं, जिससे अनावश्यक दोहराव की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो रही है। उन्होंने जिलेवासियों से अपील की कि वे एक से अधिक स्थानों पर मैपिंग कराने से बचें।

उन्होंने आम नागरिकों से यह भी अपील की कि जो लोग आवेदन प्रपत्र लेकर गए हैं, वे 19 जुलाई से पूर्व उसे भरकर संबंधित बीएलओ को जमा कर दें, ताकि निर्धारित समय पर मैपिंग की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की जा सके।

बैठक के दौरान अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने सभी राजनीतिक दलों के बीएलए-2 को आगामी 22 जुलाई को आयोजित होने वाली बैठक में अनिवार्य रूप से शामिल होने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि एसआईआर-2026 की प्रक्रिया को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराने के लिए सभी संबंधित पक्षों का समन्वय और सक्रिय सहभागिता आवश्यक है।
