नगर भवन में साइबर सुरक्षा जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित, उपायुक्त ने विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों को किया जागरूक

गुमला : गुमला जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा नगर भवन, गुमला में स्कूली विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों के लिए साइबर सुरक्षा एवं डिजिटल जागरूकता विषय पर विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो उपस्थित रहे। इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी (एसडीपीओ) गुमला सुरेश प्रसाद यादव, एसडीपीओ बसिया सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम का संचालन जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी द्वारा किया गया।

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों से डिजिटल माध्यमों का सावधानीपूर्वक उपयोग करने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि मोबाइल, कंप्यूटर अथवा इंटरनेट के माध्यम से प्राप्त किसी भी संदिग्ध सूचना, कॉल अथवा संदेश पर बिना जांच-पड़ताल के विश्वास नहीं करना चाहिए और अपनी निजी जानकारी किसी के साथ साझा नहीं करनी चाहिए।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि साइबर अपराधी आजकल विभिन्न तरीकों से लोगों को ठगी का शिकार बनाते हैं। कई बार वे स्वयं को किसी सरकारी एजेंसी, बैंक अथवा अन्य संस्थानों का अधिकारी बताकर लोगों से आधार संख्या, बैंक खाता, ओटीपी एवं अन्य व्यक्तिगत जानकारियां मांगते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति इस प्रकार की जानकारी साझा नहीं करता है, तो साइबर अपराधी उसे नुकसान नहीं पहुंचा सकते हैं। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से सतर्क रहने और किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की सूचना तुरंत अपने अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों अथवा पुलिस प्रशासन को देने की अपील की।

उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन ने अपने संबोधन में विद्यार्थियों को साइबर अपराध से जुड़ी वास्तविक घटनाओं एवं वर्तमान समय की चुनौतियों से अवगत कराया। उन्होंने कहा कि आज के दौर में विभिन्न मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन कैमरा, माइक्रोफोन एवं लोकेशन जैसी सुविधाओं का एक्सेस मांगती हैं, जिनका दुरुपयोग भी किया जा सकता है। इसलिए सभी को अनावश्यक बैकग्राउंड एक्सेस बंद रखने की आदत विकसित करनी चाहिए।
उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया एवं कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (एआई) के बढ़ते प्रभाव पर भी चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि कई बार लोगों के फोटो एवं वीडियो का दुरुपयोग कर फर्जी सामग्री तैयार की जाती है। ऐसे में विद्यार्थियों को अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, फोटो, दैनिक गतिविधियों एवं लोकेशन को सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर साझा करने से बचना चाहिए।
उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि यदि किसी विद्यार्थी को सोशल मीडिया अथवा ऑनलाइन माध्यम से कोई परेशान करता है या ब्लैकमेल करने का प्रयास करता है, तो उसे डरने के बजाय तुरंत अपने अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों अथवा पुलिस को इसकी जानकारी देनी चाहिए। समय पर शिकायत करने से ऐसे मामलों में त्वरित कार्रवाई संभव हो पाती है।

एसडीपीओ बसिया ने विद्यार्थियों को साइबर अपराधों से बचाव के लिए अपनी निजी जानकारियां किसी के साथ साझा नहीं करने तथा ऑनलाइन गतिविधियों में विशेष सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी।

वहीं एसडीपीओ गुमला सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ने कहा कि इंटरनेट एवं कंप्यूटर आधुनिक जीवन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण साधन हैं, लेकिन इनके उपयोग में सतर्कता एवं समझदारी अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से अनधिकृत लिंक पर क्लिक नहीं करने तथा संदिग्ध वेबसाइटों एवं संदेशों से दूर रहने की अपील की।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विद्यार्थियों को साइबर सुरक्षा से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं की जानकारी दी गई। उन्हें बताया गया कि अज्ञात लिंक पर क्लिक करने से डिवाइस एवं व्यक्तिगत डेटा को नुकसान पहुंच सकता है। साथ ही ओटीपी, पासवर्ड एवं बैंक संबंधी जानकारी किसी के साथ साझा नहीं करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि बैंक अथवा सरकारी अधिकारी कभी भी ऐसी गोपनीय जानकारियां नहीं मांगते हैं।
विद्यार्थियों को सोशल मीडिया पर अपनी निजी जानकारी, फोटो एवं लोकेशन सार्वजनिक करने से बचने तथा लॉटरी, इनाम, नौकरी अथवा सस्ते ऑफर के नाम पर होने वाली ऑनलाइन ठगी से सतर्क रहने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में साइबर हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1930, आपातकालीन सहायता नंबर 112, महिला हेल्पलाइन 181 तथा झारखंड साइबर सेल के ई-मेल cyberps@jhpolice.gov.in एवं अन्य संपर्क सूत्रों की जानकारी भी दी गई।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में एसडीपीओ बसिया एवं एसडीपीओ गुमला ने विद्यार्थियों द्वारा पूछे गए साइबर अपराध से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिए तथा साइबर अपराधों की पहचान, उनसे बचाव एवं सुरक्षित डिजिटल व्यवहार के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी।
कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को “सतर्क रहें, सुरक्षित रहें” का संदेश देते हुए डिजिटल दुनिया में सुरक्षित एवं जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया। साथ ही “बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ” अभियान के तहत बेटियों को डिजिटल रूप से सशक्त एवं आत्मनिर्भर बनाने पर भी विशेष बल दिया गया l
