‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ अभियान को भरनो में शानदार सफलता, 163 में से 143 अभ्यर्थियों ने हासिल किया लर्निंग लाइसेंस

गुमला : झारखंड सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी पहल ‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ अभियान के तहत गुमला जिले के भरनो प्रखंड मुख्यालय स्थित दक्षिणी पंचायत में शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति (लर्निंग लाइसेंस) शिविर का सफल आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में ग्रामीणों का उत्साह देखते ही बन रहा था। बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने इस सुविधा का लाभ उठाया और बिना जिला मुख्यालय गए अपने घर के समीप ही लर्निंग लाइसेंस बनवाया।

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सत्येन्द्र महतो के मार्गदर्शन में आयोजित इस विशेष शिविर में कुल 163 अभ्यर्थियों ने कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में भाग लिया। इनमें से 143 अभ्यर्थी सफलतापूर्वक उत्तीर्ण हुए, जबकि 20 अभ्यर्थी असफल रहे। सफल उम्मीदवारों को मौके पर ही लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्रदान किया गया।

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि लर्निंग लाइसेंस के लिए कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा देना अनिवार्य है, लेकिन इसमें यातायात संकेत, स्पीड ब्रेकर के चिन्ह, सड़क सुरक्षा तथा वाहन संचालन से जुड़े सामान्य प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं। सामान्य जानकारी रखने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति आसानी से परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर सकता है।

शिविर के दौरान सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर भी लोगों को जागरूक किया गया। गुमला के उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो का संदेश उपस्थित युवाओं तक पहुंचाया गया। उन्होंने दोपहिया वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट पहनने और कार में आगे ही नहीं, बल्कि पीछे बैठने वाले यात्रियों के लिए भी सीट बेल्ट अनिवार्य होने की जानकारी दी। साथ ही बताया गया कि ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस पर अंकित ब्लड ग्रुप दुर्घटना की स्थिति में त्वरित चिकित्सा सहायता उपलब्ध कराने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। इसलिए वाहन चलाते समय लाइसेंस हमेशा अपने साथ रखना चाहिए।

परिवहन विभाग ने जानकारी दी कि अभियान के तहत अगला शिविर 27 जुलाई 2026 को बसिया प्रखंड के कोनबीर पंचायत में आयोजित किया जाएगा। विभाग ने अधिक से अधिक लोगों से इस सुविधा का लाभ उठाने की अपील की है।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया

परिवहन विभाग ने बताया कि शिविर में आने से पहले आवेदकों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना आवश्यक है।

• पहचान एवं पते के प्रमाण के लिए आधार कार्ड या निवास प्रमाण पत्र तथा आयु प्रमाण के लिए अंकतालिका, मतदाता पहचान पत्र या पैन कार्ड तैयार रखें। ब्लड ग्रुप रिपोर्ट और पासपोर्ट आकार की फोटो भी आवश्यक है।
• Sarathi Parivahan पोर्टल पर जाकर झारखंड राज्य का चयन करें और Apply for Learning Licence विकल्प के माध्यम से आवेदन भरें।
• आवेदन पूरा होने के बाद आवेदन पत्र, संदर्भ पर्ची तथा आवश्यक प्रपत्रों का प्रिंट निकालें और सभी जरूरी दस्तावेज ऑनलाइन अपलोड करें।
• निर्धारित शुल्क ऑनलाइन जमा कर उसकी रसीद सुरक्षित रखें।
• निर्धारित तिथि पर सभी मूल दस्तावेजों एवं आवेदन से संबंधित प्रिंट आउट के साथ शिविर में उपस्थित हों। दस्तावेज सत्यापन और कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में सफल होने के बाद लर्निंग लाइसेंस मौके पर ही उपलब्ध करा दिया जाएगा।
