नीति तारा उपकरण के प्रभावी उपयोग हेतु जिला स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित जिला समाहरणालय, के सभागार में नीति तारा उपकरण के प्रभावी उपयोग एवं संचालन को लेकर एक दिवसीय जिला स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य आकांक्षी जिला एवं आकांक्षी प्रखंड से संबंधित विभिन्न विकास संकेतकों के डेटा संकलन, विश्लेषण, निगरानी एवं साक्ष्य-आधारित योजना निर्माण की प्रक्रिया को और अधिक सुदृढ़ एवं प्रभावी बनाना था।

कार्यक्रम में उप विकास आयुक्त (डीडीसी), गुमला,अनिमेष रंजन मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित रहें। इस दौरान जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, शिक्षा विभाग सहित स्वास्थ्य, ग्रामीण विकास, महिला एवं बाल विकास, पंचायती राज तथा अन्य संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी, प्रतिनिधिगण एवं डेटा ऑपरेटर उपस्थित रहे। विशेष रूप से आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी से संबंधित विभागीय प्रतिनिधियों ने भी प्रशिक्षण में सक्रिय सहभागिता की।

प्रशिक्षण के दौरान नीति तारा के विशेषज्ञ प्रशिक्षकों ने प्रतिभागियों को उपकरण की कार्यप्रणाली, विभिन्न डैशबोर्ड, डेटा एंट्री, रियल-टाइम मॉनिटरिंग, डेटा विश्लेषण तथा प्रदर्शन आधारित योजना निर्माण से संबंधित सभी महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। साथ ही यह बताया गया कि यह डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म विभिन्न विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए विकास कार्यों की नियमित समीक्षा, समयबद्ध निर्णय एवं प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा।

बैठक में आकांक्षी जिला एवं आकांक्षी प्रखंड से जुड़े सभी प्रमुख संकेतकों के डेटा संकलन, गुणवत्ता, अद्यतन प्रक्रिया तथा विभागीय उत्तरदायित्वों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। प्रतिभागियों को बताया गया कि नीति तारा उपकरण जिले के लिए तथा विशेष रूप से आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के लिए उपलब्ध कराया गया है, जिससे योजनाओं की प्रगति की सतत निगरानी और बेहतर परिणाम सुनिश्चित किए जा सकेंगे।

कार्यक्रम के सफल संचालन एवं समन्वय में पिरामल फाउंडेशन की टीम ने महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग प्रदान किया तथा प्रशिक्षण को सुचारू रूप से संचालित करने में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई।
