उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध जिला प्रशासन की बड़ी कार्रवाई, अवैध बालू परिवहन में संलिप्त तीन ट्रैक्टर जब्त

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के निर्देश के आलोक में जिले में अवैध खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध जिला प्रशासन द्वारा लगातार सघन अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में दिनांक 29 जुलाई 2026 को प्रातः लगभग 6:00 बजे गुमला थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत टैंसेरा मोड़ एवं मुरकुण्डा क्षेत्र में जिला टास्क फोर्स (खनन) द्वारा अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला अखिलेश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में खान निरीक्षक एवं गुमला थाना की गश्ती दल के साथ संयुक्त रूप से औचक छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया।

छापेमारी के दौरान टैंसेरा मोड़ के समीप मुरकुण्डा केसीपारा की ओर से गुमला की दिशा में आ रहे एक लाल रंग के महिन्द्रा ट्रैक्टर को रोककर जांच की गई। ट्रैक्टर चालक दीपक उराँव से बालू परिवहन से संबंधित वैध दस्तावेजों की मांग की गई, किंतु वह कोई भी वैध कागजात प्रस्तुत नहीं कर सका। जांच में ट्रैक्टर पर लगभग 112 घनफीट बालू लदा पाया गया।

इसके उपरांत मुरकुण्डा पुरनाटोली के समीप एक अन्य लाल रंग के महिन्द्रा ट्रैक्टर को जांच हेतु रोका गया। चालक सूरज गोप भी बालू परिवहन से संबंधित कोई वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत नहीं कर सका। मापी के दौरान ट्रैक्टर पर लगभग 100 घनफीट बालू लदा पाया गया।

इसी क्रम में एक सिल्वर रंग के आईशर ट्रैक्टर को भी जांच के लिए रोका गया। चालक महादेव भगत द्वारा भी बालू परिवहन से संबंधित कोई वैध अभिलेख प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया। जांच में उक्त ट्रैक्टर पर लगभग 103 घनफीट बालू लदा पाया गया।

जांच के दौरान तीनों वाहनों द्वारा अवैध रूप से बालू परिवहन किए जाने की पुष्टि होने पर उन्हें विधिवत जब्त कर सुरक्षार्थ उर्मी टीओपी को सुपुर्द कर दिया गया। मामले में ट्रैक्टर चालकों एवं संबंधित वाहन स्वामियों के विरुद्ध झारखंड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली-2004 (यथा. संशोधित), तथा खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 की सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

उपायुक्त द्वारा निर्देशित किया गया है कि बिना वैध पट्टा अथवा अनुज्ञप्ति के किसी भी प्रकार का खनिज उत्खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन पूर्णतः अवैध है। इस प्रकार की गतिविधियों से सरकारी राजस्व की हानि होने के साथ-साथ राष्ट्रीय संपदा का भी नुकसान होता है। ऐसे मामलों में दोषियों के विरुद्ध विधि सम्मत कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी,गुमला ने कहा है कि जिले में अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध अभियान निरंतर जारी रहेगा तथा किसी भी स्तर पर अवैध खनन, भंडारण अथवा परिवहन में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों को किसी भी परिस्थिति में बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
