एसआईआर-2026 के तहत गुमला जिले के तीनों विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में गणना प्रपत्रों का डिजिटलीकरण कार्य शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण

5 अगस्त को प्रारूप मतदाता सूची का होगा प्रकाशन, आगामी चरणों के सफल क्रियान्वयन के लिए उपायुक्त ने दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार संचालित विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण 2026 अभियान के तहत गुमला जिले ने एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि हासिल करते हुए निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि से पूर्व ही जिले के तीनों विधानसभा क्षेत्रों 67-सिसई, 68-गुमला एवं 69-बिशुनपुर में गणना प्रपत्रों की प्रक्रिया का शत-प्रतिशत निष्पादन सुनिश्चित कर लिया है।

जिला निर्वाचण पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के नेतृत्व तथा सतत मॉनिटरिंग के फलस्वरूप जिले के सभी 995 मतदान केंद्रों में वितरित कुल 8,07,572 गणना प्रपत्रों की प्रक्रिया शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण कर ली गई है। इसमें 7,00,800 गणना प्रपत्र (86.77 प्रतिशत) का सफलतापूर्वक डिजिटलीकरण किया गया है, जबकि शेष 1,06,818 गणना प्रपत्र (13.23 प्रतिशत) को भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप सत्यापित कर नियमानुसार असंग्रहीत (Verified Uncollectable) श्रेणी में सम्मिलित करते हुए प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की गई है। इस प्रकार जिले में गणना प्रपत्रों की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया का 100 प्रतिशत निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया गया है।

विधानसभा क्षेत्रवार प्रगति की समीक्षा में 67-सिसई विधानसभा क्षेत्र में वितरित 2,67,358 गणना प्रपत्रों में से 2,35,824 प्रपत्रों (88.20 प्रतिशत) का डिजिटलीकरण तथा 31,537 प्रपत्रों (11.80 प्रतिशत) का सत्यापन कर कुल 100 प्रतिशत प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की गई। इसी प्रकार 68-गुमला विधानसभा क्षेत्र में कुल 2,52,221 प्रपत्रों में से 2,14,887 (85.20 प्रतिशत) प्रपत्र डिजिटाइज किए गए तथा 37,335 (14.80 प्रतिशत) प्रपत्र सत्यापित कर प्रक्रिया पूरी की गई। वहीं 69-बिशुनपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में वितरित 2,87,993 प्रपत्रों में से 2,50,089 (86.83 प्रतिशत) प्रपत्रों का डिजिटलीकरण एवं 37,946 (13.17 प्रतिशत) प्रपत्रों का सत्यापन करते हुए 100 प्रतिशत कार्य पूर्ण किया गया।

इस उपलब्धि पर जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने सभी निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारियों, सहायक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारियों, बूथ स्तरीय अधिकारियों (बीएलओ), बूथ स्तरीय अभिकर्ताओं (बीएलए) तथा अभियान से जुड़े सभी अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दीं। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया की पारदर्शिता, शुचिता एवं विश्वसनीयता बनाए रखने में सभी पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों ने पूर्ण समर्पण, बेहतर समन्वय तथा जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य किया, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप निर्धारित समय से पूर्व लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना संभव हो सका।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि एसआईआर-2026 के अगले चरण के अंतर्गत 5 अगस्त 2026 को प्रारूप मतदाता सूची का प्रकाशन किया जाएगा। इसके उपरांत 5 अगस्त से 4 सितंबर 2026 तक दावे एवं आपत्तियां प्राप्त की जाएंगी, जिनका नियमानुसार 3 अक्टूबर 2026 तक निस्तारण किया जाएगा। सभी निर्धारित प्रक्रियाओं के पूर्ण होने के बाद 7 अक्टूबर 2026 को अंतिम मतदाता सूची का प्रकाशन किया जाएगा।

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को निर्देशित किया कि आगामी चरणों में भी भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित कार्यक्रम का शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करते हुए पूरी जिम्मेदारी, पारदर्शिता एवं तत्परता के साथ कार्य करें, ताकि मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया निष्पक्ष, त्रुटिरहित एवं समयबद्ध रूप से संपन्न हो सके।
