गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के निर्देश के आलोक में आज सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय, गुमला में आयोजित विशेष कार्यक्रम के दौरान लसीका फाइलेरिया (एल एफ ) से प्रभावित कुल 35 पात्र लाभार्थियों को दिव्यांगता प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान किए गए। इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी (एसीएमओ) डॉ. धनुर्जय सुंबरुई एवं सदर अस्पताल, गुमला के उपाधीक्षक डॉ. अनुपम किशोर के हाँथों उक्त लाभार्थियों को दिव्यांगता प्रमाण-पत्र वितरित किए गए।
दिव्यांगता प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त होने से एलएफ प्रभावित मरीजों को राज्य एवं केंद्र सरकार की विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं, जैसे दिव्यांग पेंशन, सहायक उपकरण, कौशल विकास, शिक्षा एवं रोजगार में आरक्षण, यात्रा रियायत तथा अन्य सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त करने में सुविधा होगी। इससे उनके जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार होगा, आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा सुदृढ़ होगी तथा वे अधिक सम्मानजनक, आत्मनिर्भर एवं गरिमापूर्ण जीवन जी सकेंगे।
इस अवसर पर अधिकारियों ने कहा कि फाइलेरिया से प्रभावित ऐसे मरीज, जिनकी कार्यक्षमता प्रभावित हुई है, उन्हें दिव्यांगता प्रमाण-पत्र उपलब्ध कराना केवल एक दस्तावेज़ प्रदान करना नहीं, बल्कि उन्हें उनके अधिकारों एवं सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है।
कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन में पिरामल फाउंडेशन, गुमला की टीम ने लाभार्थियों की पहचान, आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों का संकलन, पंजीकरण, समन्वय एवं प्रमाण-पत्र वितरण की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया में सक्रिय सहयोग प्रदान किया।
इस अवसर पर राजीव प्रकाश मिंज, राकेश रोशन साहू, आशा किरण एक्का, संजय रोशन लकड़ा, जेराल्ड संजय बाड़ा एवं अमूल कुमार भगत सहित अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मी एवं सहयोगी उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने लाभार्थियों को शुभकामनाएँ देते हुए उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं का अधिकतम लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
