अपर समाहर्ता-सह-जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी ने किया प्रशिक्षण का शुभारंभ
गुमला : – गुमला जिला में भारत की जनगणना-2027 के अंतर्गत जिला जनगणना हस्तपुस्तिका के निर्माण हेतु शुक्रवार को जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क सभागार, गुमला में एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ अपर समाहर्ता-सह-जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी, गुमला राजीव नीरज ने दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया।
प्रशिक्षण के दौरान जिला सांख्यिकी पदाधिकारी-सह-अपर जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी माधुरी बेक ने जिला जनगणना हस्तपुस्तिका की विषय-वस्तु , उद्देश्य एवं इसकी उपयोगिता के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला जनगणना हस्तपुस्तिका जिले के ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों से संबंधित आधारभूत एवं विकासात्मक सूचनाओं का महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज होती है।
प्रशिक्षण का संचालन जनगणना कार्य निदेशालय, रांची के सांख्यिकी अन्वेषक ग्रेड – 2 , राजा शंकर ठाकुर द्वारा किया गया। उन्होंने डीसीएचबी के फील्ड सर्वेक्षण, डेटा संकलन, मोबाइल एप एवं वेब पोर्टल के माध्यम से डेटा प्रविष्टि तथा सत्यापन प्रक्रिया की विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए प्रतिभागियों की शंकाओं का समाधान किया।
20 से 30 अगस्त तक होगा फील्ड सर्वेक्षण
प्रशिक्षण में बताया गया कि जिला जनगणना हस्तपुस्तिका के लिए फील्ड वर्क का कार्य 20 अगस्त से 30 अगस्त 2026 तक संपन्न कराया जाएगा, जबकि संकलित आंकड़ों का सत्यापन 1 सितंबर से 5 सितंबर 2026 के बीच किया जाएगा।
जिला जनगणना हस्तपुस्तिका का प्रकाशन दो भागों में किया जाएगा। प्रथम भाग ग्राम एवं नगर निर्देशिका तथा द्वितीय भाग ग्राम एवं नगरवार जनगणना सारांश होगा। इसमें शैक्षणिक, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल, सड़क एवं परिवहन, बैंकिंग, संचार, विद्युत एवं स्वच्छता सुविधाओं के साथ-साथ भूमि उपयोग, कृषि, शहरी नागरिक सुविधाएं, झुग्गी-बस्तियों की स्थिति एवं आधारभूत संरचना से संबंधित विस्तृत जानकारी शामिल की जाएगी।
डेटा संग्रहण का कार्य DCHB मोबाइल ऐप एवं डीसीएचबी वेब पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया जाएगा, ताकि सूचनाओं का डिजिटलीकरण एवं संकलन अधिक प्रभावी एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से किया जा सके। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में सभी चार्ज जनगणना पदाधिकारियों के साथ-साथ पालकोट, बसिया, कामडारा एवं डुमरी प्रखंडों से डीसीएचबी कार्य हेतु नामित संबंधित कर्मियों ने भाग लिया।
इस अवसर पर कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर मो. सरवर आलम, जयंत पाण्डेय, हीरालाल साहू, रामकुमार यादव, प्रभा कुमारी, रंजीत जायसवाल, ईश्वर दत्त पाण्डेय, मो. एजाज तथा मंगनी देवी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
