गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त, दिलेश्वर महत्तो के निर्देश के आलोक में आज जिला स्थापना-सह-अनुकम्पा समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों से प्राप्त अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति, वित्तीय स्तरोन्नयन ( एमएसीपी) एवं पेंशन से संबंधित प्रस्तावों की समीक्षा करते हुए नियमानुसार आवश्यक निर्णय लिए गए।
बैठक में अनुकम्पा के आधार पर नियुक्ति से संबंधित मामलों में आवश्यक प्रमाण-पत्रों एवं अभिलेखों के सत्यापन के उपरांत नियमानुसार स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। साथ ही, पात्र कर्मियों के वित्तीय स्तरोन्नयन एवं सेवा संबंधी मामलों पर भी विचार करते हुए आवश्यक निर्णय लिए गए।
बैठक में पेंशन से संबंधित मामलों की भी समीक्षा की गई। सभी संबंधित विभागों को पेंशनधारी कर्मियों की पेंशन प्रक्रिया को सुचारू रूप से संचालित करने तथा आगामी अवधि में सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले कर्मियों की सूची समय पर उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।
बैठक के दौरान अधिकारियों को अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति, वित्तीय लाभ एवं पेंशन से संबंधित सभी मामलों का समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी एवं नियमानुसार निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला अनिमेष रंजन, अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला राजीव नीरज, सिविल सर्जन, गुमला शंभूनाथ चौधरी, जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
