विभागीय निर्देश के आलोक में आज वीबी- जी राम जी के प्रभावी एवं सुचारू क्रियान्वयन को लेकर प्रखंडस्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला अनिमेष रंजन के द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने प्रशिक्षण के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि योजनाओं के सफल क्रियान्वयन के लिए तकनीकी एवं प्रक्रियात्मक जानकारी का सही हस्तांतरण अत्यंत आवश्यक है। प्रखंडस्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर अपने-अपने प्रखंडों में संबंधित कर्मियों को प्रशिक्षित करते हुए योजना के उद्देश्यों एवं प्रावधानों को जमीनी स्तर तक प्रभावी ढंग से पहुंचाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में सभी प्रखण्ड के बीपीओ, एई, जेई , कंप्यूटर अस्सिटेंट सहित संबंधित कर्मियों ने प्रखंडस्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर के रूप में भाग लिया।
जिला स्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर के रूप में इरफान आरिफ, सहायक परियोजना पदाधिकारी, श्री दिवाकर केशरी, सहायक अभियंता एवं श्री अजीत , प्रदान के द्वारा प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को वीबी- जी राम जी के विभिन्न प्रावधानों, कार्यप्रणाली, तकनीकी पहलुओं, अभिलेख संधारण एवं योजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां दी गईं।
कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य प्रखंड स्तर पर प्रशिक्षित एवं दक्ष मानव संसाधन तैयार कर योजना के क्रियान्वयन में पारदर्शिता, गुणवत्ता, गति एवं जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करना है। प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से प्राप्त जानकारी को संबंधित प्रखंडों में आगे साझा करते हुए योजनाओं के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन की दिशा में कार्य किया जाएगा।
