गोमिया__तेनुघाट अवर निबंधन कार्यालय में पिछले शनिवार से एनजीडीआरएस सर्वर सेवा बाधित रहने के कारण जमीन की रजिस्ट्री का काम बुरी तरह प्रभावित है। सर्वर कभी-कभार कुछ मिनट के लिए चालू होता है और फिर बंद हो जाता है। इसके चलते रजिस्ट्री कराने पहुंच रहे लोगों को दिनभर कार्यालय में इंतजार करने के बाद भी बिना काम कराए लौटना पड़ रहा है।
दूर-दराज के गांवों से आने वाले कई ग्रामीण दो से तीन बार कार्यालय का चक्कर लगा चुके हैं। लोगों का कहना है कि सर्वर की समस्या के कारण समय और पैसे दोनों की बर्बादी हो रही है। कार्यालय में जमीन की रजिस्ट्री के अलावा दस्तावेजों की स्कैनिंग और ऑनलाइन एंट्री का काम भी प्रभावित है।
सर्वर सेवा ठप रहने से सरकारी राजस्व पर भी असर पड़ रहा है। रजिस्ट्री शुल्क, स्टांप ड्यूटी समेत अन्य शुल्क जमा नहीं हो पाने के कारण प्रतिदिन राजस्व का नुकसान होने की बात कही जा रही है।
ग्रामीणों ने जिला प्रशासन और निबंधन विभाग के वरीय अधिकारियों से तत्काल पहल कर एनजीडीआरएस सर्वर को दुरुस्त कराने की मांग की है। लोगों का कहना है कि जमीन की खरीद-बिक्री और रजिस्ट्री से जुड़े जरूरी कार्य लंबे समय से अटके हुए हैं।
इधर, अवर निबंधन कार्यालय के कर्मी भी सर्वर के ठीक होने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। करीब एक सप्ताह से समस्या बरकरार रहने से रजिस्ट्री कराने पहुंचे लोगों में नाराजगी बढ़ती जा रही है।
