गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की बड़ी कार्रवाई, हानिकारक रंग वाले 5 किलो लड्डू नष्ट, 6 दुकानों पर जुर्माना

गुमला: जिले में मिलावटखोरी और तंबाकू उत्पादों की अवैध बिक्री के खिलाफ खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं तंबाकू निषेध विभाग ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। रायडीह और चैनपुर प्रखंड में टीम ने कई दुकानों और प्रतिष्ठानों पर औचक छापेमारी की। इस दौरान स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक अखाद्य रंगों से तैयार किए गए 5 किलो लड्डू बरामद कर मौके पर ही नष्ट करा दिए गए। वहीं, तंबाकू निषेध नियमों के उल्लंघन पर 6 दुकानदारों से कुल 1,500 रुपये का चालान काटा गया।

यह अभियान उपायुक्त, गुमला के निर्देश और अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी सह अभिहित अधिकारी डॉ. धनुर्जय सुम्ब्रई के मार्गदर्शन में चलाया गया। संयुक्त जांच दल का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, कुमार प्रभाकर, आशा राज और तंबाकू निषेध पदाधिकारी वंदना स्मिता होरो ने किया।

अखाद्य रंग से बने थे लड्डू, मौके पर ही कराए नष्ट

जांच के दौरान चैनपुर स्थित मेसर्स अजीत जनरल स्टोर में ऐसे लड्डू पाए गए, जिन्हें स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक अखाद्य रंगों से तैयार किया गया था। टीम ने करीब 5 किलोग्राम लड्डुओं को तत्काल नष्ट करा दिया, ताकि इन्हें बिक्री के जरिए लोगों तक पहुंचने से रोका जा सके। विभाग की ओर से मामले में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

कई दुकानों और प्रतिष्ठानों की हुई जांच

अभियान के दौरान रायडीह में मेसर्स मां भगवती स्टोर, गूंजा किराना स्टोर, तारा देवी, सुमन मिंज, लिबन बड़ा और छोटू पान दुकान समेत कई प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई।

वहीं, चैनपुर में राजू होटल, महाबीर होटल, अजीत जनरल स्टोर, अशोक वेराइटी स्टोर, अनूप कुमार गुप्ता, आशुतोष कुमार और होली मेडिकल समेत अन्य दुकानों का भी निरीक्षण किया गया।

कोटपा के तहत 22 प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच

छापेमारी अभियान के दौरान सिगरेट और अन्य तंबाकू उत्पाद अधिनियम (कोटपा) के तहत कुल 22 प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई। नियमों का उल्लंघन मिलने पर 6 दुकानों के खिलाफ मौके पर कार्रवाई करते हुए कुल 1,500 रुपये का चालान काटा गया।

अधिकारियों ने दुकानदारों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि सार्वजनिक स्थानों और स्कूलों एवं शिक्षण संस्थानों के 100 मीटर के दायरे में तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री नियमों के खिलाफ है। विभाग ने नियमों का पालन नहीं करने वाले दुकानदारों के खिलाफ आगे भी कार्रवाई जारी रखने की बात कही है।
