गुमला: गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय ने 14 वर्षीय नाबालिग से दुष्कर्म के मामले में दोषी ठहराए गए झोलाछाप डॉक्टर मंगलदेव लकड़ा उर्फ मंगलदेव उरांव को 20 साल के कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। सोमवार को एडीजे-4 संजीव भाटिया की अदालत ने फैसला सुनाते हुए दोषी पर अलग-अलग धाराओं में कुल 2 लाख 10 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया।
इलाज के लिए पहुंची थी नाबालिग
मामला वर्ष 2023 का है। जानकारी के अनुसार, नाबालिग को बुखार होने पर उसके परिजन इलाज के लिए मंगलदेव लकड़ा के पास लेकर गए थे। आरोप है कि इलाज के दौरान वह नाबालिग को एक कमरे में ले गया और बेहोशी का इंजेक्शन देने के बाद उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया।
होश में आने के बाद नाबालिग को अपने साथ हुई घटना का एहसास हुआ। उसने इसकी जानकारी अपने परिवार और परिजनों को दी। इसके बाद परिजन नाबालिग को लेकर घाघरा थाना पहुंचे और आरोपी के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई।
पुलिस जांच के बाद कोर्ट में पहुंचा मामला
मामले की जांच तत्कालीन एसआई जयश्री मिंज ने की थी। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने के साथ मामले से जुड़े साक्ष्य जुटाए और उन्हें न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया।
कोर्ट में हुई सुनवाई के दौरान प्रस्तुत साक्ष्यों और मामले की सुनवाई के बाद अदालत ने मंगलदेव लकड़ा उर्फ मंगलदेव उरांव को दोषी करार दिया और 20 साल के कारावास की सजा सुनाई। साथ ही उस पर कुल 2.10 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया।
